Playojo - withdrawal

went to make my first withdrawal at playojo saturday could not as it kept saying docs required,went on to live chat and spent almost 30 mins talking to two different people,when one passes you to another you have to go through it all again why why they cannot pass chat over with info already given.said there was a problem i had changed my details,no i had not docs were verified 2 weeks ago,did not tell me what problem was just told me to check details in account and get back to them when confirmed,well on that long wife was shouting your meal is ready so had to cut chat off.went back later onto chat went through it all again only to be told there is one letter missing from postage address,surely when they check docs they would have seen mistake and informed me but no.chat then said you will have to wait for relevant department to send email to veryfie docs,waited 24 hours still no response,so like an idiot carried on playing and lost.so congrats ojo the delaying tactic worked.oh by the way missing letter was L.

Sounds quite slow, no idea how fast they usually are. That one letter difference probably is checked by theirs relevant team (how ever they call them internally), that's one quite used trick to pass Gamstop to do simple "spelling mistake" and that can unfortunately cause that real spelling mistakes get same threatment and investigation than fraudulent ones :(

if thats so why did it take over 2 weeks till a withdrawal to highlight it and why wait till a withdrawal delaying tactics comes to mind

Have no idea, maybe your details were not manually properly checked until that point or what ever happened. Rep maybe can shed some light what happened.

I love ojo biggest problem said this before, payouts are fast for a Canadian under 24hrs.but know lock withdraw being an accredited casino should be automatic. 11hrs pending period but in that time they strongly advise you to reverse to keep playing as they say fastest way well I learned just set loss limit done.

Bit harsh to expect reps to be available to immediate replies 24/7.
If your issue is escalated to their relevant department, they should get back to you once sorted. With experience, often fraud checks (where these spelling mistakes often unfortunately are categorized) can take some days to some minutes, just up to that how much casino currently have these on table, if they need to verify something with 3rd party provider etc..
If getting what have happened right, without spelling mistake in details everything would have been done while ago, it just probably triggered them to complete full review on account (which at least i would have done in case there are incorrect details registered as it can cause some issues and there's no crystal ball to tell who is honest and who is not).
Would just give them some days and most probably they have by then got back to you.

Yes but there is often only one rep per casino at CM

Which is great, i like much more that there's one person behind forum nick, instead of team. Having rep here is nice extra for CM members to have, will happily allow all reps to have their holidays, weekends and what so ever. If you are in need of "special" assist with something you can't for some reason easily get sorted through normal support ways, i'm happy to wait for that special treatment, i might be exception who don't have a life and loads of time i can wait :)

Sorry, i thought i made it clear that didn't anyhow mean you to do anything fraudulent but they need to review your account and come to that conclusion because incorrect details were used for registration.

now been 5 days or 3 working days and still no email from relevant dept,and not heard from rep since monday,will now go onto live chat and ask what is going on.

They are really slow in what ever they are doing. Within this timeframe at least update that they are still working with something or waiting for reply should have been sent.
