Hi all, is there a rep that is able to help me with Prime Casino (skill on net).

I have verified my ID and I uploaded my source of funding a couple days ago, but they dragging there heels and keep giving me the same scripted response on chat. I can't withdraw my winnings because "documents still being verified".
 
That's I keep getting back, it's ridiculous
Firstly that chat software is awful, several casinos now use this. It's laid out to deceive people into thinking it's live chat, when actually it's just an email messenger tab which can take up to 72 hours for support to respond. I read somewhere people have sat for hours thinking it was 'live chat' when it wasn't lol.

I expect the team who conduct this review only work 9-5 Mon-Fri so you should hear back from Monday onwards. It's annoying I know and I'm sure 99% of the folk on this site have experienced the same poor standard of customer support that you're dealing with...I certainly have.

Hope you get ya withdrawal soon and move onto another casino which doesn't treat players like shite.
 
Hopefully mate, well I've just checked and it says my documents is still pending but it's now at least let me make a withdrawal, so that's a positive I think/hope
