I made a £25 deposit tonight. Got a message saying my deposit was pending and nothing happened, then the deposit screen came up again with all the same details.
So I assuming something hadn't worked, I entered my CVS number again and pressed deposit.
I then found I had a balance of £50. Which isn't a big problem. EXCEPT that I have a Deposit limit of £30.
So, how were two deposits totalling £50 allowed, with a deposit limit of £30 ??
Oh well, I'll play with £50. But on attempting to load a game, I got a popup saying " You can not play for real money at this time. Please contact the support crew". Which I did. Only to be told that my problem would be passed on to the relevant department. I'll assume I won't hear anything until after the weekend now
I've checked the 'upload documents' section in my account, and nothing is listed as requested.
In fact I had to submit some updated kyc documents in June, in order to make a withdrawal. So that shouldn't be the problem.
So I've now got £50 sat in my account, more than I should have been allowed to deposit, and I can't play it.
