Hi there! I received a letter last week offering me 50 no deposit bonus to try out the games at Play United, I had an account there when it was RTG.
I was not credited and I was asked to send the letter in question, which I did twice. No reply. Finally today live chat replied that I was not eligible because I was registered as a bonus abuser (?) and that it was a mistake that I received this letter.... Not very good customer service. So, Play United (Playtech now) is maybe not such a good idea to play...
