A certain streamer who has just moved to Ireland promotes an online casino called 'Slot Jerry' I joined up to Slot Jerry (not through the streamers links) purely out of curiosity, deposited £100.00 and started to play a few games from Play'n Go, namely 'Book of Dead' Scroll of dead' and Legacy of dead, I was only playing very low stakes and couldn't understand why it was so hard to get a bonus, in fact hardly any teases were even rolling in, let alone wins, I found this odd, especially on 'Scroll of dead' as this game loves a tease as a rule.
Anyway, I actually did get two bonuses in the end, one on Legacy of dead and one on book of dead, both paid under 10x and the £100 soon went.
I then did what I should have done in the first place and checked all three games RTP percentage and was horrified to find them all at around the 91.25% mark!

Am I out of touch? Is this the normal rtp for Play'n Go these days? Needless to say I've closed ny account and will do my homework in future!

Think they are 91% on mr vegas (the videoslots related casino) - and i think they are 91% at playojo (and possibly all their sites?).

As it happens id stopped playing at playojo a while ago because of this big drop (png and some of the games you mention are ones i like playing).. but i had a go on mr vegas as they recently started taking uk players , but i hadn't noticed the rtp was that low until I went looking for someone yesterday. (will explain why i barely lasted  )

Sounds like the bubble is bursting and some studios are grabbing what they can in the face of impending ridiculous laws in some jurisdictions...

91% is daylight robbery, must be guaranteed dead spin city. The unaware public need warning, this is an especially quick and funless way to lose money, getting some matches or finding that drain cover are coming closer as alternatives.

I dunno. RTPs going down, minimum stakes going up. Unless you're a streamer or one of the very few lucky legit players that hits a big one your money rarely goes very far anymore. It's like they just want your money and you off the games as quick as possible.

Imagine this time next year 94% will be the majority

Year after, 91/92%

Unfortunately once this trend starts there's usually no way back - like Covid-19 and some of the trades; it's pushed up prices across certain industries and someone was telling me, even once settled down, unlikely the prices will go back down as 'we're used to that now' - i imagine that kinda thinking is the same for slot RTP's - can only see them going down, and down.

Surely he warned all his loyal subscribers about them running such a low RTP while getting them to sign up, I mean surely he isn't a c**t, happy for players to get ripped off?

This is the same guy who yesterday did a €2000 bonus buy on San Quentin, won over €8000 and posted it as his biggest ever 'X' win saying it was over 8000x based on €1.00 stake, except it wasn't, it was a 4.5x win as he paid two grand for it, but his fan boys can't see to see this!

Aspire Global bonus special here - 35x wagering sounds OK on the face of it, but there's the majority slots that only contribute 10 or 50% to wagering. So you play any Netent bar St*rb*rst and a few others effectively on a 350x bonus wagering. God knows how worse that would be if running 92 or 94% Netents.

If we're talking about alvin, has he really moved his family lockstock to the emerald isle for his streamiing/affy business, and so he can bonus buy via the mga as well - his sidekick moved too?

I'm not saying he's playing with casino funds, but for the ones that are, bonus buys must make their clickbait vids far quicker and less time consuming to put out than hours on end of spinning away.

Chipfat and his sidekick are apparently taking turns in shifts, few days away then swap.

They seem to have added a new member to the group, who might as well be a cardboard cutout, seeing as he adds nothing to the stream.

You think its easy doing what they do?
It takes hard work and alot of dedication, and atleast one, sometimes two different facial expressions.
It may look easy, but thats only because they are professionals.

He's not moved his family, him and his dopey sidekick take it in turns to fly out there and run the streams. They have added another chap now, "Gav" a ' Desperate Dan ' lookalike with an obsessive liove of 'Superdry 'T-Shirts and the personality of a brick wall.
