Be Aware PKR won't discuss player issues.

PKR has joined the "talk to the hand" brigade: a recent PAB was initially ignored and then they came through with this response:
Whilst we would be happy to discuss any queries raised directly by a PKR account holder, we are unable to divulge account specific details to a third party.

So the players options are either PKR or their designated ADRs (per licensing jurisdiction), no third option.

Be Aware: PKR will not discuss player issues with a player-designated 3rd party. If you've got problems at PKR your only choice is to follow the ADR procedures on their site, they won't allow us to help you.
