Winna.com is either run by incompetents or criminal manipulators, or maybe both.
After some substantial wins a player had tried to withdraw from Winna in late April, amounts in excess of US$300K. These were repeatedly cancelled on the excuse that the casino's withdrawal system was "under maintenance". The player alerted the casino staff that they needed their balance locked "because the temptation to gamble is too much" but nothing was done and their WDs were repeatedly returned to their account.
In frustration the player reached out to the casino's senior management and was assured, in writing, that yes the fault was theirs and that everything would be resolved shortly. It was not, and as predicted the player played the money and lost it all, including large deposits that had been made in the interim based on the casino manager's personal assurances that everything would be fixed “in the morning”.
Now normally we would look at this situation and have no choice to tell the player that in spite of the fact that the casino had behaved badly -- and deceptively -- the bottom line was that the player had spent the money, not the casino, and that regrettably meant the fault was ultimately theirs. Of course a good casino would accept some responsibility, and offer some settlement. However, in this case, the story wasn't over:
WARNING: Winna.com is abusing its powers over player accounts to manipulate and abuse players and take their money. Players are advised to avoid Winna.com, full stop.

- The player tried to withdraw their cashback on the losses but the casino said "oh, your account was closed so no cashback". Of course the account had never been closed, hence the player's losses.
- When the player tried again to withdraw the cashback the casino said “you were not active this week so no cashback."
- The player filed a complaint with the casino.
- The casino said "take it to our ADR".
- The player took it to the ADR and was told "we no longer offer ADR services to this casino and cannot help you."
- The player went back to the casino and was told that they had a new license -- now in Tobique, a First Nations Reserve in Nova Scotia, Canada -- and correspondingly a new ADR, EGIS (egis-adr.com).
- The player tried to contact the new ADR, initially got no response in spite of several attempts, then was finally told “before our time, not our problem”.
- When the player tried to contact the casino manager that had assured him everything would be taken care of the manager was no longer responsive.
- The player brought the case to us but the casino refused to respond beyond saying "we don't talk to 3rd parties, player must go to our ADR."
