Although possibly warranted in most cases, the size of these fines are just plain ridiculous

I could be wrong, but i think the fines are based on their earnings in some way.
There is also a not so small chance that i remember this wrong, and are just talking out of my butt.

I know GDPR fines are (or can be) revenue based, not sure that the UKGC has that policy.
322k for a company like BetFred? I would have thought that would have been pocket change for them.

Yeah considered 32 red, William Hill, Videoslots and Casumo fines was in the millions.
