Payment problems with rizk?

Apologies again? There was no apology in your first post for people relying on their money to be transferred to their bank account. Some people really rely on that expectation to pay their expenses, or plan a purchase. I am also reading that your Live Chat reps have given people the run around or not explained the situation to them. How professional is any of that?

I am not affected but I work in marketing and customer service, the response is terrible for these people.

I have had examples of this dismissive attitude from other casinos before and to see a high ranking accredited casino show shades of the same thing is a really bad look.

I think I am finished with online casinos.

Do'nt get me wrong ,I love your romantic ideas . honestly i do.

But Someone who gambles and waiting to get paid in order to pay the rent/medications/and other expenses, should be conciderd as a gambling addicted . That person gotta have to find the right treatment.

You have to play with money which you can afford to lose.
Gambling spouse to be fun, not torture.

That's a bit strong. Just because the guy wants his money that he fairly won to spend on something doesn't make him a addict or someone having a gambling problem haha!..

, my note had nothing to do with his problems related to rizk .

Waiting for money, is not the same thing as counting on it .
These are dangerous thoughts.
