I played one of Pantasia's welcome no deposit bonuses in mid April and somehow managed to complete the playthrough. It was a $75 maximum cashout, so I contacted Live Help to make sure I had the cashout procedure correctly -good faith deposit of $25, fill out the and submit the papers to accounting and patiently wait for the funds to go into my eWalletXpress account.
I made the deposit and e-mailed the papers April 19 - my withdrawal is now "processing"
Received an e-mail on April 24 saying that my documents had been accepted and that I would receive the cashout "shortly"
When my status was still "processing" last Thursday April 29, I was assured by Live Help that the funds were going to be released tomorrow (Friday 4/30) or worst case Monday 5/3
Here it is Monday - and still no cashout, so i contacted Live Help again about an hour ago. Here's the transcript:
Xander: im sorry for this delay but most probably it will be completed within this week
patrick8: I was assured last Thursday that it would be today at the latest
patrick8: it's already been 2 full weeks
Xander: it was suppose to be on the 27th but we had some techinical difficulties and this was the reason for the delay
patrick8: that was almost a week ago now
Xander: yes
patrick8: and you say that it's going to be ANOTHER week?
Xander: i said within this week
patrick8: What could possibly take that long?
Xander: i just explained the situation
Xander: Is there anything else I can help you with?
patrick8: I am very frustrated and I have no recourse
Xander: please allow some time
patrick8: I have already been MORE than patient...and if it isn't done this week?
Xander: im sorry but i belive this is the most i can do for you at the moment, this is bening handled by the accounting department
patrick8: OK
Any suggestions? IMO, 2-5 days is too long - now they are talking about 3 weeks.
