I understand that PAB-guy Max was bogged down with a bout of flu just a while earlier and the hard-working guy will sift through all the PABs and provide you with a response soon. Like us, he is only human so please exercise patience.

As to your PAB you should check your email, an update and assessment of your situation was sent yesterday.

Remember Max has to wait for the casino to respond, and bearing in mind some can be recalcitrant when it comes to answering PABs, this can take a while. Secondly, he isn't on the case 24/7 like a full-time job which he does for free! Lastly, he informed me once that he had around 70 cases open, so please understand yours is not in any position of priority. Some cases can be resolved in a few days, some take months and some are never resolved.
Why you posted this on here instead of PM'ing Max I don't know.

Looks like they are a newbie here and there may be a language barrier at issue. To be fair the OP originally posted in the middle of some other thread. Since it was unconnected to the topic there I thought it best to split this off into its own thread.
