I could play on my phone for 20 minutes and then geolocater kicked me out, now I can't play at all. Laptop doesn't work at all.

Dude you need to chill. I suggested you try the casino as I have used it and the geolocation works for me. I also suggested you try the games prior to depositing. Because it didnt work out for you, you turn on me, and start spewing this affiliate schite? I get that it's frustating not being able to play, but you dont need to be a jerk to people trying to help you out.

returns on coolbet slots were atrocious to me when i played there..sometimes you just have that one casino you cant win and that was it for me. RIP.

As for the returns on coolbet i'm also on the negative there but there is only 2 ontario providers with Lil Devil which is my favorite game
 
I do not deposit at Coolbet anymore however the other day they credited me with a loyalty bonus so I did play with the bonus and did notice BTG games were no longer available. I always wonder why they never did have Bonanza when they did have BGT.

I really don't think I'll ever return to making deposits again with Coolbet but not a real loss even though I love the way they are transparent on their RTP but for me, Coolbet was one of the unluckiest for me besides they go overboard with asking for documents etc.

Cashed out a couple of times but have lost more than won. They don’t seem to have any more promos lately. I’m done with them too. Deposit more than withdraw.

Yep, I am getting cash outs at Coolbet on a regular basis when I stick to No Limit games.
Only problem is it seems to always take a bunch of desperation bets of $4 and up to get the big win that makes the cash out possible.
At some point I am going to get blanked and log in a series of consecutive losses.

Deposited by Interac got a cash out and was instructed to verify by sending them a screenshot of my bank statement.
The screenshot had to show my full bank account number, my name and the relevant gigadat deposits. All of this information to be contained on a single pdf.
Even if I wanted to, is it even possible to get that sort of info in the way they want from online banking.
Told them I had a bit of problem with this and have now been informed that the withdrawal is withheld for failing to provide KYC.
First time I have been asked to verify ownership of payment with a bank statement. Usually it’s just a picture of the debit card and a driver’s license.
Anyone know if this sort of KYC is being pushed by Igaming Ontario.

I had a similar thing happen with Coolbet. Same can not get all info on 1 page. I went to the bank and they gave me a letter with all my info and was accepted.

I think these casinos forget we in Ontario do not have to do this for verification but some still do. I do not believe it's a requirement for us.

2) No way to sort games by provider. That is a big deal breaker so I won't be playing here often.

I think something might be up with the licenses. They have slowed to a halt. Poor Powerplay casino has been offline for about a month waiting for a license. Maybe it has something to do with Kahnawake taking iGaming Ontario to court?

I know Wildz/Caxino/Spinz/Wheelz are waiting for their license approval as well.

What I REALLY want to know is - why are we getting sporadic releases of games? Providers like Pragmatic, PNG and Relax get their games released same day as everyone else. @Big Time Gaming almost NEVER gets their games released on schedule here :( we are missing SO many games from their portfolio - very frustrating.

Ya wondering about BTG games myself, same with netent but they did pick up on the releases with them last month or 2.
 
The delay is with the game integrations at VS. Working as fast as possible. But there are some that will not be available when going live, for example Evolution/Netent. But team is working on getting every provider up that is available on the market during the next few weeks/months.
Latest update I got, it's unfortunately unlikely we will be live during December - mostly due to the season holidays.
 
Betsafe is also waiting on the license.

I highly highly suggest staying away from wildz and the rest of them. They ripped off a few players I know and also some affiliates too. One of my friends got a big win there. It took them about 4 months to pay also. They wanted document after document after document. From selfies, to passports, drivers licenses, notarized documents, signed bank letters and a lot more.

They did absolutely everything possible to find a way not to pay them.

I would really avoid them like the plague. They are fine for small cashouts but if you hit big and its a cashout over 2k you might have to call a lawyer. I know of one person who has had to get a lawyer involved and threaten them with a lawsuit.

Thanks for the update. Well thought that, am working lots of overtime and the big pay wont be paid till January, so still works for me. :)

Can you give us some insight into what is involved for casinos to add the games? It just seems so hit and miss across the Ontario platform. One casino has one group of BTG games, another has totally different set etc..

I hope Kahnawake kicks Igaming's ass in court. Kahnawake was the trailblazer in online casinos since the 90s and they should have left it that way. They were the best in the world when it came to licensing online casinos. They deserve better recognition. I really hope something good comes out of this for Kahnawake and the players of Ontario. I support the Kahnawake 100%

I was just talking about this with a few people from Ontario yesterday.

Our casinos are a total disaster. If I want to have a session with numerous providers...I basically have to bounce around a bunch of casinos to play certain slots. I dont know wtf these casinos are doing but very few of them have their shit together. All it takes is one group to take some innitiative and they could have the entire market. If I had a few million bucks id open up an online casino here.

It wont be videoslots. All low rtp. I wont even bother playing there ever.

Its just a total shit show.

casinofriday sent me an offer so I took it. Only to find out they have like 4 providers. All shit aside from thunderkick. Pay 100k for a license then dont even bother making your casino playable. Wish I had 100k to just throw around and not care
