I would highly recommend against Nitro Casino. They took my deposit and after playing for a bit it keeps blocking me saying my location is not in Ontario....really frustrating. Once I play through what I have left (assuming i ever can get in again) I'm never touching this Casino ever again. I've had location issues with other Casinos before but this is by far the worst one

Would highly recommend against Betano which just launched. only 2 of their measly 4 providers work. They obviously rushed it and that's enough to keep away from them forever. The others either don't work with the bonus or don't validate location properly. Seems the quality of operators is going down the drain with iGaming Ontario.....

You should be able to access your old account.
Goal is to get everything as it was before it went offline. But as every game provider need to be configured for Ontario, they might come up one by one during a few weeks. You are going to need a GEO app to access the site. Rest should be the same I think.

@dionysus They won't carry over verification for sure. They will require you to enter the same information that we've had to enter for all of the ontario casinos. Good thing is once you sign up and enter that info, you are verified. This is the best part of Ontario casinos. No stupid e-mails saying can you send another proof of address blah blah blah - We don't need proof of address - its on our license/ID.

If Ontario could just speed up some of the slot approvals to give us more variety, I'd be super happy.

We are migrating the accounts over to the Ontario environment. I don't have any info yet if or not there are any more verification required if you already where verified. But if that is the case its a regulatory requirement and not a requirement set by VS.

Having problems with Coolbet asking for a bank statement to verify a $50 deposit I made apparently an e-transfer on Nov 2nd. The thing is I have made no deposits through e-transfer since Oct 14 of $50. All been credit card but they insist I did an e-transfer and 13 emails later there still saying I did and 100% I did not. I'm working on this to get resolved but has this happened to anyone else? Very frustrating as now I feel there accusing me of something and not liking it. Makes me think is their security on the ball and how really safe is our documents in their hands.
They have all my documents but asking again for proof of bank statement this must be the 4th time I have had to give proof of doc and never experience this with any other casino only on sign-up. I'm getting concerned about how their security works.
Just curious if anyone else has been experiencing a similar situation with CoolBet

I wonder if is it best to stick with casinos that are owned and operated in Ontario like North Star, Sia, etc I find that they are a lot more relaxed with documents, etc. I find some that are owned out of Canada seem to treat us as if we are in the UK .
OLG also seems a lot less invasive than casinos under I-gaming. I read OLG is getting rid of Interac as payment and withdrawal option. This doesn't make any sense not a great business move and wonder why the heck they are doing that. Hope Interac not pulling out on all casinos and this is just with OLG.

Yes that works....also MasterCard debit....basically the same thing.

For now I'll assume it's just OLG otherwise I think we would have received emails from the other providers by now....I could be wrong. i think i received the OLG email about a week ago

Forgot to warn you guys about spinaway.

They are very poorly run casino and it seems they must be new to casino industry because their help and knowledge is incredibly poor.

First off if you depoosit with a bonus and have 2 cents left and forfeit it, they give you a hard time when trying to claim the 2nd and want you to wager the remaining amount from the 1st bonus into the 2nd

Then when you claim the 2nd and the bonus doesnt get added, they refuse to add it manually and basically tell you too bad and make all kinds of weird types of request.

Their geo location doesnt work the greatest.

Their website seems broken sometimes.

Their live chat offline for long periods sometimes

They dont reply to emails very much if at all

It seems anyone with some startup money can just start a casino because this is just so poorly run.

I would 100% avoid as they are not helpful if a problem arises at all.

Ive enjoyed canplay casino though..they are really well run and fast payouts with no bs or garbage

If you try at CanPlay casino, they use Geoguard (an app) to manually detect your exact location via Google. Worth a try, should be able to see if you can load the games before depositing. Only drawback for a friend who uses the CanPlay app in Ontario, she got a new tablet....and there is an embedded app called Samsung Flow that prevents the app from working, so she can only use her old tablet for CanPlay now

As much as I hate Musk I'm on Starlink and would recommend them over xploitnet. Although I have issues sometimes I'm able to play most of the time without issues. xploitnet sucks I used to have them because I had no choice. Of course I'll be off of starlink once I get fiber if that ever happens....

Not sure if this has been mentioned but I went through casinorewards/apollo entertainment terms and I had a total WTF moment.

Their welcome bonus...is.....200x wager. So everyone needs to be careful with that as beating that type of wager is most likely right around 0.5%. So if you take the welcome bonus you are basically taking money out of your pocket and giving it them

I sent an email to igaming asking them if this is ok. Kinda of seems rogue to me

I offer the following at the rep's request:

Players may withdraw their cash balance at any time by forfeiting the bonus balance so cash is not tied to the bonus.

Also, the bets are made from cash and bonus balance, and winnings go back into them, in the ratio of cash to bonus. For example, taking a 100% bonus on a $50 deposit means you'd have $100 balance made up of 50 cash and 50 bonus. If you are betting $1, 50c will be cash and 50c will be bonus. If you were to win $100, 50 will go into the cash balance, and 50 will go into the bonus balance. You can withdraw that cash balance without any further wagering. Obviously if you continue playing, this will continue until the full WR requirements are met. However as mentioned, you can withdraw the cash balance at any time by forfeiting the bonus balance. After the first 2 deposit bonuses, WR requirements are back down to normal and the bonus can no longer be forfeited to withdraw the cash balance.

Feedback from players preferred this, and the only way to be able to do this without abuse is to have a high WR in order to be able to withdraw the entire bonus balance.

The above response is appreciated but it doesnt change my opinion. It seems they are trying to dress it up.

A lot of the igaming casinos are 100% match with 1x wager, 5x wager, 10x wager and on the high end 20x wager AND parachute.

Some of the offshore ones that have the license have the cappy 40x wager.

So that bonus is very bad. By taking 50% of the win and putting it into the bonus balance is even worse. You will never see 50% of your wins.

No idea what players gave you that type of feedback either cause thats about the worst bonus system ive ever seen.

Would be nice if casinorewards didnt treat their reps like prisoners and allowed them to speak in public too but to each their own so any responses will be posted here as the reason why I post is to let other players KNOW which casinos/bonuses are good and which are crappy.

btw ive played in CR lots until I got bonus banned... and had lots of cashout and always been paid. I trust them totally. Good casino for a cash player.

If you are into bonuses I would avoid and if you win a handful of times, they bonus ban you until you lose a bunch back. Ive been bonus banned there for about 2 years.
