I received the withdrawal early this morning so basically 1.5 business days for me to receive the withdrawal.
I don't see any rewards but there is a rewards section in there so i'm not sure if that means rewards will be showing up
 
looks like I was wrong and Sports interaction is indeed switching to iGaming Ontario....i was shocked because they were using a Kahnawake license which is allowed in Ontario and are owned by the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake.

I'm guessing this had to happen for them because the number of games they had on the site dropped dramatically when iGaming Ontario launched because of iGaming's exclusivity deal with many providers. I've only had great support from these guys over the years but i stopped playing in June because of their number of games.

Here are some highlights from the email I received last night:

"We wanted to reach out to share some exciting changes coming your way this month!"
"We'll be launching an exclusive website for our customers located in Ontario to meet Ontario regulation"
"We'll be sure to follow up with you closer to our launch date with more details on what to expect"

For those wondering because they are owned by indigenous people they didn't have to meet Ontario regulation....i'm guessing their bottom line was hit hard when they lost all of those game providers.
 
@Coolbet i'm having verification problems on your site. my ID was previously shown as being verified (wish I had kept a screenshot now) and suddenly after verifying my payment method someone changed the status of my ID verification. I even have an email at 4:52am saying i was fully verified and then 2 minutes later the ID was suddenly needed to be verified again.

All good after i was able to find a CSR that was able to explain to me why this happened. I'm all verified and my withdrawal is on it's way
 
Is it me or are multiple slots now exhibiting a visual glitch at these casinos here in Ontario? It used to be only Bruce Lee but now it's occurring during Raging Rhino and Immortal Romance. If that glitch doesn't occur, the bonus teases are worthless to anticipate.

I swear, this dream of being just like the U.K. is looking more like a nightmare. It's as if they don't want people to gamble on slots.

i would need to see the glitch your talking about...the only problem i mostly have is related to their location checks which sometimes fails and closes a game midway...its annoying mind you. i mean what are the odds that im going from Ontario to somewhere else midplay....they should either fix their location service checks or allow a longer period of time between checks once you have logged in

I will record myself playing one of these slots and you can see it for yourself. It's very subtle but I have seen this phenomenon enough times not to dismiss it.

For me, that location issue only happens at OLG and that's just one of the problems with that crappy site. They're too lazy to fix the issues with their casino.

Think I've been having the exact same issue - getting a false 'geo-location' block even before the slot finishes downloading (screen-grab attached) ... even when trying to play in Free/Demo mode.
Hours and hours of system checks and re-sets -- by me and by casino -- determined nothing and changed nothing.
Am now wondering if the problem could be with (corrupted) Google Chrome???

you could try a different browser but i have had the issue in chrome and edge. you never know though we could have false negatives for different reasons.

Thanks ... so far I've figured out:
- same block happens with lap top or phone (both Chrome) when used from home; but
- I don't get that block logging in (on phone) from a completely different Wifi location and network.
Interesting ... but still doesn't seem to make any sense at all ...

Has anyone withdrawn from SpinGenie before? I'm being asked for documents which I have provided. no issues so far as it wasn't that long ago but i'm a bit less patient as it is a sizable amount. Pretty sure I had also provided documents on one of their sister sites so i'm a bit surprised i have to provide documents again and I hope it means it gets processed sooner rather than later.

Their chat bot is horrible.....6 hour turnaround time so i can't ask questions
 
a bit of an update on SpinGenie....my proof of address and id has been approved but i still cannot withdraw and the site doesn't tell me if i'm missing another document. Chat is non existent with an automated message saying i should get a reply in about 6 hours.

I sent them an email. I hope they can get this figured out soon...would really like to get this money withdrawn

most sites give me geo location errors every once in a while....the geo location companies need to fix their crap....shouldn't ever get a pop up unless the ip address changes during play i would think (knowing they look at more than just the IP)

Now told it's out of their hands as they don't do this on their side and forwarded another email after weeks what a joke.

Betmgm for weeks been trying to get clarification as I have 2 Tier # on my account been told 3 times they escalated the problem and I'll hear back 3 to 5 business days. First-time They said this was 2 months ago. I sent emails to follow up and no response so spoke again to live chat for 3rd time so not holding my breath been told again it'll take 3 to 5 days.

I would be playing on sports interaction but they really need to get other game providers. It's too bad as they had a decent variety at one point prior to iGaming Ontario and were one of my favorite casinos
 
Bet99 will be added to the list of Operators soon (i'm guessing in the next month or so). Not sure how i feel about them. My limited experience is i went to do a MuchBetter deposit and the deposit somehow got lost and it took a couple of days before I got it. I guess it could have gone worst. I have never withdrawn from the Casino as I never played again after the initial deposit.

Made my first deposit of $50 had a great run and have $5000 to cash out, but unable as my bank Alterna Savings is not listed. I can't use Paypal as I can't register Alterna with them as well. Didn't know they did not have Interac. Go to chat they tell me to get a play+ card, go to the site, and looks like it's just for USA. Another problem is unable to link my Caesers reward card as it has my old address and get this CS told me the only way I can update it is at their Player's card desk in the USA and told me to go back to Vegas where I got the card 14 years ago. They really didn't do their homework to be a competitive casino for Canada. A few straight days of playing and being unable to get tier points as I can't register my player's card. My impression CS knows nothing about helping people with accounts in Ontario. I know this is new to them but they should be more prepared and maybe should have a separate helpline for Ontario players or at least bring their agents up to speed.

if you open up an official ticket with them and it doesn't get resolved for you to get your money you could then escalate it with iGaming Ontario
 
not familiar with them but there's a new operator: Bet Victor

was searching through their games and got excited when i saw Dead or Alive II and Magician's Secrets....unfortunately they show up in results but are blocked (likely they haven't been approved yet). BV needs to fix their search results so it doesn't display games you can't play

If you sign up with Bet Victor don't make the same mistake as me. I honestly don't ever signing up with them prior to iGaming Ontario but i guess i did and i found out only after i made a deposit when i saw no bonus and chat told me. I'm just glad I did not do a full 1K deposit with them. not happy i wasn't told ahead of time that I had signed up already because if it had told me then i would have double checked the rules about a previous non ontario account before making a deposit. Because of this i will never go there again.
