I am sick of online gaming. This is plain evil evil evil. I can't seem to win no matter what I do. I go up and few pts and DOWN DOWN DOWN! If I double down I get wiped out, even with 19 or 20 and dealer showing 5 or 6. Today alone I have lost 1200 in less than 1 hr playing RTG and MG blackjack and Spanish Blackjack. Yesterday I lost -500 in a few hrs playing varies games including slots. I know gambling is for entertainment. But at some point this stuff has to STOP!!! I am sick of this. I managed to do well in the stock market when the DOW lost over 400 points in the last few days. But it seems like this online stuff is getting the best of me. Even though I know I will make that back in short time. Im just plain TIRED NOW! And you guys here at the forum don't make it know better posting your winning screen shots :) .

Are there any other person(s) here that feel the same way? I live in a remote area and there is nothing to do. The nearest store is 15 miles away and I get bored and play this crappy online stuff. I have flushed my Neteller and Firepay account clean. I have a few pending withdraws at a few other casinos. But all-in all I AM JUST PLAIN TIRED!!!

Feel the same way, do yourself a favor stick to the stock market. Spent about 40,000 in a year and a half and the most i ever won was 2,500 which i put back in. Wish i had john daleys money to gamble with 50,000,000.00 in 10 years. Try to catch up for that one. Look at it this way the only way for them to make money is to take your money.

Tired

Did the same, tired of ups and downs of playing BJ. Almost exclusively play poker. For recreation I play some spades, hearts etc at worldwinner.com.

Take care,

Taking a break myself

I am going to play my comps when they are available on the 25th ($307) and if I don't cash out anything I am taking a break, too. I have been on a losing streak ever since hitting that royal flush for $4000 that almost all of went right back to them. If I do hit, I am going to try a couple of the microgaming casinos to see if I do any better on their games. If I do take a break, it will be interesting to see how long my "break" lasts since I really do enjoy playing, but I don't enjoy losing! :mad:

Same here.
I am much of the time by myself at home and I kill time gambling.What a smart person I am:D
I won 4000$ once and lost big part of it, I took a break and then I started again.
When I hit something, after that it seems I am not able to hit anything anymore.No matter if I change casino or game.Ain't fun anymore.
So now..I am trying again to be on a break.Let's see how long it will last.....:eek2:

If you just enjoy games, then take a break here:

I chill there every so often when the Neteller acount is dried out, or if I don't feel like donating any cash to anyone.

My GF is a casino monster and donates her dues!

However I was converted to poker 2 years ago and havnt looked back since. OK im only a small time player (Max $2-4 limit and a few 5 & 10 STTs) but I have shown a profit every single month since conversion.

My advise.. its all about online poker, read a book or 2 first and start small!!

I would strongly suggest against playing at worldwinner. I won a couple hundred dollars there back when I was a starving college student, and they claimed I was cheating and locked my account.

Stop bleeding money and rotting your brain!

Unless you are a bonus hunter, save your gambling for Vegas where at least there are numerous other perks and adventures to be had. Losing money in your basement staring at a screen and getting a butt ache is depressing.

I second the online Poker recommendation. It's the thinking man's gambling, and you can actually WIN at it in the long run. Assuming you have the discipline to do a little more thinking than gambling. :)

Another rather poor run.

I have had yet another poor run. It seems that one the software has got you in it's sights there is no chance of a comeback!

However, I had a look at last months audited figures at a couple of MG sites, and WTF Slots 93.9% - Damn low for an average!!!! Poker games were only 96.5% or so, about what would be expected from slots.
Looks like bad streaks in April ARE feeding through to the stats, and certainly not a figment of our imaginations!
Seems like a very long poor streak was had across the board. Given how popular MG casinos are I would not expect a monthly average to deviate downwards this much, although upwards can at least be explained by progressive hits - I see no similar explanation for a downward trend like this unless everybody played progressives and they were very tight indeed!

Misery loves company --- and the Mousey does, too! For once it's not just my imagination. My poor NETeller is so near empty, if I were to shout I'd hear an echo...

93.9 overall for slots is baaaaad! Maybe all these new multiline slots have been set ... where?... around 89% payback? maybe 90%? Even lower? And 96+% for VP is really crappy, too. (I know it's been eating my lunch for months!)I do wish they'd give us a better breakdown on the payouts.

Gambling is pure EVIL...

The closest you can be to hell is a Casino.... They said God is everywhere.. I guarantee you that even him avoids Casinos.

There are thousands of adictions.. Gambling is the King of Adictions..

From my recent experiences and the experiences of others posting here, I firmly now believe that the casinos are opening the drain and sucking down as much cash as they can in advance of U.S. pending legislation concerning online gaming. I believe they are convinced that online gaming will be banned in their largest and most lucrative market and are basically stealing from us all right now. I don't believe gambling is EVIL, but what we are doing right now really isn't gambling. The online sites are EVIL for the reduced payouts and greed/fraud! Seems we can all hear that huge sucking sound eminating from our computers these days. At this rate it won't matter if they outlaw online gaming or not, as most all online sites will be stigmatized with a bad reputation (deserved or not) and will have ruined their market through their own greed and deception. Like Dylan said, "You don't need a weatherman to know which way the wind blows..."

I run in spurts also . I got a year long membership to Pogo for maybe 30 bucks so when I am doing bad on online slots I just go and chill there for a week or 2 at a time .

They had the drain wide a long time ago. Have you ever heard the term "The House Always Wins".

Why would you think anyone will open a casino, land based or online? Because that law is as true as 2x2=4.

No one will never open a buisness to give out money... is just moronic.

Example of land based casinos. You go in to one, and you see a guy at Craps screaming and lauging his ass off because he is winning $10.000... do you think the casino cares? During the last 24 hours they have probably cleaned up everyone for over $100.000.

And thats how it works... CASINOS ARE THERE TO DRAIN YOU... is simple.. they always win

Whats funny is that a payback % of over 93% is considered good in many B&M casinos in the US and you cant get a room at most of them on a weekend they are so crowded.

Can anyone say a sucker is born every minute?

Yeah, I understand Watchdog that the casinos always win in the long run, I'm just saying that until recently, you at least got some entertainment value from playing if nothing else. Lately, well, I don't have to tell you about lately!!, they truly seem to be UNUSUALLY hard to win anything at. How about those FREE SPIN BONUS rounds that net you $9 for 10/15 spins total?? How about being either down or barely even most of a gamining session, not once or half or three quarters of the time, but ALL THE FREAKING TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!! I believe the fix is in these days. That, or the whole gaming world just became unlucky for an extended period of time all at once. If I want to play lottery odds, I'll play the lottery!! You are so right though, the house always gets it's cut, just seems lately they are taking a larger than usual cut, and pissing off the customers with the shitty play.

These days it's like playing russian roulette with a fully loaded gun!!!

The point of online casinos are that you aren't supposed to win. Add to that all the crooked operators and the total lack of regulation should make everyone boycott it.

Poker is the way go. At least you can win if you are good and the operators have no financial incentive to rip you off.

Boni

At least we have the bonuses. Bonuses do help cushion the house edge and prolong the playing time, (some might say "prolong the misery"). Of course, they DON'T want us to be so miserable that we go away for good.
I have found that leaving a casino alone after having played a reasonable amount will lead to a "come back please" bonus on top of the normal promotions that are run. While B&M casinos get away with lower payouts, they do at least provide the premises, online we have to provide our own premises and the casino sets up shop on our PC!
I expect that this industry consolidation is a means to fight the possible loss of US players. They may be hoping that the US will eventually bring in some form of regulation which will give an advantage to the good groups. If the US brings in the ban, then the rogue operators will not care, but the good ones will have to market into new areas. The UK will be one of the major sources of new players due to the regulations coming into force next year which will legitamise the business. Adverts for online casinos are everywhere even now, and several TV channels run their own versions (nothing like the real thing though, one roulette spin each 3 minutes and a fee of 50p just to place a bet :-( )

Their RNG probably contains a line of code similar to:

if(player.country == 'US') { winAmount = 0; }

:rolleyes:

if(player ='new')

{ winAmount = 1/3*depost }

else

if(playerlastwin > = playerdeposit)
{ winAmount = 0; }

else

(play = 'Multiplayertable BJ or Roullete')

{ winAmount < 'the smallest bet on the table' }
else
go to .....

{ winAmount = 'backofficedecision }
else....

As someone stated above, when you go to Vegas or Atlantic City there are so many other things to enjoy. The food, the company of friends or other gamblers. The beautiful rooms and for alot of us, getting treated like a king or queen. I know they only treat us like that when we are spending alot of money, but at least it is like a little escape. It is a vacation. Sitting on my couch or wherever, getting pains in my back or butt and pumping more and more money into these online casinos...is this really fun? This is no vacation! I used to bring about $500-$800 to A/C for an overnight stay. I didnt bring my credit cards with me, and when the money was gone it was gone. Sure I was mad as hell but once I was on the Garden State Parkway heading home I was OK again. If I found I still had $100 bill in my pocket that I didnt know was there, it was $100...not 100 credits. Hey I can find alot of things to spend $100 on. When I'm in the casino it is NOT money!!! Uuuggghhh! dont get me wrong I will gamble again today but I really am getting sick of being so controlled by this addiction. Or maybe it's just PMS!:rolleyes:
