Novibet Constant Site Issues

As much as I like novibet for offering higher rtps on games, I'm struggling to return with constant issues with the website. It's down again for some reason but it's never ending on it.

Even when playing I get the fear it will crash a game and ruin my play time, @Novibet Rep what is going on?? I'm genuinely considering solely playing elsewhere due to nothing but issues. It does this really annoying thing where you can be playing a game for a few hundred spins, come out that game and you have to log in again. Honestly, someone needs to address these issues and sort them, it's unbearable at times.

The sites never been great - error central but it seemed to pick up and become a bit more stable for a while but then it went shite again - not played there in a good month plus though, so if it's worse? Sheesh.
Yeah I actually emailed the support team to express my concerns over their shitty site and to ask about my rtp on certain games and overall, this was the response.

"First of all, we would like to apologise for todays inconvenience. Today an important maintenance was carried out, that was meant to improve overall customer experience. Unfortunatelly, our technical department had to deal with some unexpected issues that emerged from this upgrade. We can guarantee you a far smoother experience from now on."

"As for the RTP issue, you can find it in each games information tab, or in the payout tab, in the bottom of our casino page." Not what I asked but OK.

I think I'll play until I hit the free £150 achievement and then bail to pastures new or stick to videoslots playing the higher rtp games, at least their site works flawlessly and honestly, it's a better casino in terms of battles, jackpot spins etc...the lower rtp is nippy though

Well George, I've been playing still at novibet and "everything will work perfectly" is a big fat Sales lie, sorry, but it's down again this morning that whole kyc nonsense again. It still kicks me out of games with communication server errors, and it's been 2 months now I think since I asked for my rtp on 4 games and overall. I'm not even going to bother asking again.

Anyone know of sites for UK players with non nerfed rtps? I usually play megaways but occasionally I do a turn on some nerfed rtp slots. Novibet site issues are just far too often

They've some of the worst support out there - i mean, the bars hardly high in online casino's but Novi's is well below what you'd expect from a decent casino

The site was last stable in 2018, for a month - obvs sometimes you'll play and no issues but of all my regular joints they are the ones thay i have most issues with - not just one off's; been on-going for a long time.

Yeah it's getting beyond a joke now and 2 months I think, for a rtp request is brutal. The issues are just too painful, can't get a run on a slot without it crashing it seems
 
The other issue is no visa fast withdrawals, I don't get that, it's why I play at videoslots on btg slots etc. If I fancy a session one btg, relax etc I'll use videoslots for the instant payments. 3 working days with novibet, I honestly don't know why I've bothered for so long

Oh, you also still allow quickspin on relax gaming slots, pretty sure that's against ukgc regs mate. I have to slow down my play on temple tumble, I don't like to lose my money that quick!

Speaking of which, the w/d times have become more erratic; 2 that have been pending 48hrs (no biggie but when they process in 1hr or less previously and go to 2 days?)

On that session incidentally: Bonanza reloaded 6 times, Deadwood 5 and from another 3 games, all had issues

Could be the providers i guess but probably not as 30-60mins later on Unibet, not a single issue.
 
I keep getting logged out and having to reload games constantly , also noticed that the balance on the home page doesn’t update in real time, which is confusing .

Definitely unreliable technically , but they do have a very good game selection.

Also get some good loyalty payments back in the account.

Yeah you need to refresh it's strange. They're certainly behind other providers in the tech department and as pinnit says they're games always crash. The whole logging out and back in is an issue I have raised before, the answer was to increase the reminder of gameplay time, I don't think they understood the issue even though I explained it well and I'm a UK player 60 mins is my max time allowed
 
@Casinomeister arent accredited casinos supposed to have an active rep? I notice they have adverts on the forum too, seems an update is in order, the site is really poor. They do offer higher RTP's but the game crashes are unbearable at times

You are absolutely correct. I really don't know what their problem is on maintaining presence here. @Novibet Rep - where ya at?

It's diabolical, a bit like your customer service to be honest, I've still not had my rtp requests looked at, my initial email was the 8th of March. Nearly 2 months, I'm a loyal customer that's been ignored, you're about to lose my custom

Live chat is horrendous
The rep is a waste of time, doesn't come on for weeks, then does and doesn't bother replying to any threads or PM's (if mine are the same as everyone elses)
The site is awful
They have random min stakes on games, like some of the Novibet games are £2 minimum bet (how is that responsible gambling when other sites have them at 10p)
Every single time they've had a deposit offer recently I've had to go to chat to get the offer added, which involves chat telling you to clear cache and cookies, then refusing to believe you when you say you have and they still aren't showing, then you get an abrupt answer like 'have sent to relevant department' closed chat
Some skrill deposits don't work and they have to be manually added by support, which usually takes an hour or so (seems to be rapid transfer ones)

The only good things I would say is they have loads of games, and if you manage to get past first line support on email, it's actually pretty good. They know what they are talking about and resolve things quickly. It reminds me of Entain group (coral etc). Live chat and email support is not in house and is absolutely shit. If you manage to talk to someone actually working for the company direct you get good support, the problem is getting to that point.

Agreed, the site has a lot of games and offer up new slots pretty quickly, the slow payments needs looked at, as does the site crashes. I rarely talk to live chat, so I can't really comment, the email support I've had has basically been "it's been passed to the relevant department, it takes time, please be patient" I think 2 months is patient enough.

If they sorted out the site crashes and fast payments they'd be a brilliant casino, also if the rep was active. Not so long ago, they did some comps which was nice, they've died down too, I don't expect them, but it's nice when they're on offer, I've won a few quid from them before
 
Few instances where withdrawals have taken days, not hours - not sure why, but i hate inconsistent payers. The other day the money was in my paypal in 15mins, the time before that was 49hrs etc.

Their support don't even read your questions correctly, they pick out words and answer what they think you said, not what you did.

I thought Grosvenor had the worst support but they're not far behind

Funnily enough thats what my PM to them was about, which I sent mid March and haven't had a reply to. It turns out it's only operators who are part of the BGC who have implemented it, others don't have to until the end of October. Thats what I mean about once you get past first line support too, it was someone outside normal CS who told me that, but everything was in perfect English, he explained it very well, and in detail. It clearly wasn't the usual customer support.
