My WR showed to be $4000 for a $200 deposit and $200 bonus so I am assuming the the WR to be 10x instead of the 8x of there other bonus offer.

Probably the one whose link you initially used to download the software would get credit - even though you did not initially make a deposit. The best thing to do is ask their support. They should let you know for which bonus you would qualify.
