There are judges saying that you're wrong. There are Loser's laywers saying you're wrong. And sure there's also liberal media saying that you're wrong. But whenever CNN or MSNBC is saying something...you go back to defensive mode and think they must be wrong 100% of the time (unless they say something good about the Loser). You're too biased to think clearly. You don't trust CNN, you don't trust Fauci and you don't question Tucker, the Loser, Fox at all.

But sure the Loser won't have a chance anyway in 4 years 'cause the election will be rigged again. No point for the Loser's supporters to vote. Deep state will fix the result for Biden/Harris.

I question every segment of tv output, if it's regarding a political subject, that I watch. Yes, you build trust up for particular presenters, but they're still capable of disappointing or reacting to a news item in a way you didn't expect. Had that with laura ingraham and tucker, lou dobbs has been pretty consistent, but always overdid the announcements of record stockmarket highs etc..

Pretty sure they need to declare it or at least file the paperwork for it.
GOP or DNC can cancel their primaries though. Making the sitting president as the nominee of their party. If they don't do that then there can be challengers from president's own party. But I have no clue if the sitting president has lost any primaries before.

I did read teamtrump/breitbart were slating him as a registered democrat, and someone who has raised funds for democrats...don't know if that is true, maybe trump can't afford to upset mitch and his GOP rinos in case he needs their legal protection later on.

Why were there no similar claims of fraud made before the lower courts at the time? By analogy, the election could just as easily have been rigged in favour of Trump, no?

2000 is a comparison in some respects

2000 proved to be much more of a close call with 271 electoral votes (Bush) vs 266 (Gore). Back then the recounting in FL was not completed in full due to several districts not being able to meet the end date of 26 November (amongst others).

In this election, no recounts have been denied or impeded and Biden has procured an overwhelming victory. There's really no comparison with 2000 in that regard.

If they dont present some sort of new & compelling evidence, i doubt the supreme court will hear the case.
If its just the same old stories that already has been tossed out of every court (including supreme court) i doubt they will bother.

Definitely Biden the younger. The Republicans have been digging for a long time ( remember Rudi's trip to the Ukraine) to get as much dirt as possible on him and Joe and this is what they have come up with. It didnt ecen make it to a storm in a tea cup, its already page 99 news.
But Eric Trump having to get grilled about potential fraud in the Trump organisation with the potential of all kinds of charges if it doesnt go to well, thats a bit more daunting.
