Rudy saying that losing in PA was his plan all along to get the case to the supreme court.
Because thats how it works, the supreme court always takes cases that are being laughed out of the lower courts for lacking evidence.
I know GOP has a majority on the supreme court, but i doubt they will even look at the case, and even if they did, no way would they make a different decision.

 
I just can’t believe that the media is not calling what trump and company are doing exacting what it is :

Is this what we’ve become. If you didn’t win legitimately you try to do it any way you can.

The problem, in my opinion, isnt the media as some are pointing out exactly what he is trying to do which is get the vote ignored and try and get the electoral college votes assigned by the legislators.
The problem is the Republican Senators and Congressmen who are completely ignoring the voters mandate which was given to Biden, and I really hpe this comes back to haunt them as they are a disgrace to democracy and an embarrassment to the founding fathers of the USA.

He also was leader of the transition team. And he writes that the president and advisors were handed a document or handbook on protocols and procedures by his transition team and it was thrown out by ivanka. Jared. Bannon. Miller.

he said they made up the rules as they went along. Chaos ensued and well we all loved it ...

he also states that trump deserved a better team behind him and that his presidency would probably have been more effective.

When you work with a revolving door policy your team is never going to be strong enough, everyone who challenged Trump got thrown out the door... Still happening now. He only allows yes-men to surround him.

Im not 100% sure, but i think it only applies to the same level of court.
But its not a good look, and not something judges use just willy nilly, it means the case presented was really bad.
Usually they give the ones presenting the case a chance to get things in order if the judge think there might be something of substance there, but here it was basically "you suck, get out, dont come back"
 
But i guess if their plan really is to get to the supreme court, losing quickly is a good thing.
But at the same time, the supreme court usually dont touch cases that are dismissed for the reason these cases are being dismissed.

Would take away all credibility and any kind of good reputation the supreme court has if they just went and gave the election to Trump because GOP has a majority.
Cant see that happening.

It shouldnt happen, but dont be surprised if there are some twists when it gets to the Supreme Court because the GOP Senators have completely lost their balls and wont stand up to Trump, wouldnt be surprised if his 2 picks for the SC are too afraid to annoy him.

They have ruled against him just before the elections about Pennsylvania. I think Kavanaugh was the deciding vote. I'd have to look it up and I'm far too lazy right now :p

I dont think they are too worried about upsetting Trump.
But its a shame, like you say, that the majority of the GOP party just stand silent watching this shitshow unfold.
Guess they have seen these last 4 years how quickly Trump throws someone under the bus the second they stop kissing his ass.
Would be fun to see how many people he himself have hired and then fired.

Got fired because he said election was safe, which he as head of cybersecurity probably had some insight in.
He had already said in an interview a week earlier he kind of expected to be fired since he was tweeting things that debunked Trumps false claims about the election.

Saw a breitbart article that was floating around on twitter that said basically what you are saying.
She has been making all these crazy claims, and apparently Giuliani&Ellis have not seen any evidence from her about it, so they cut her loose.
Or maybe she was "Kraken" and they released her.
Its hard to know whats going on anymore. =)

General Services Administration informs federal departments of decision to begin Biden transition
From CNN's Jeremy Diamond

The General Services Administration informed federal departments Monday night that it has ascertained Joe Biden to be the winner of the presidential election, according to an email obtained by CNN.
"In accordance with the Presidential Transition Act of 1963, as amended, today, November 23, 2020, the GSA Administrator has ascertained Joseph R. Biden and Senator Kamala Harris the apparent successful candidates for the offices of President and Vice President, respectively," Mary Gilbert, the federal transition coordinator, wrote in an email to federal department contacts.
Gilbert also informed federal department contacts they will receive an invitation for upcoming office hours. She also attached Murphy's letter to Biden in the email.
The email was sent at 6:05 p.m. and its subject line is "Ascertainment: 2020 Apparent Successful Candidates for the offices of President and Vice President."
 
Yeah, him pretending now to act out of interest for the country..
His chance to have even a shred of dignity left after the election disappeared when he went out and made that idiotic premature victory claim.
No way did he set any of this in motion, but rather he is trying to make it sound like he did.

Actually it was just Republican (and democratic) business owners who got tired of Trump costing them money, and forced the gop to act.
