Battling with broadband outage at the moment. And since all are jumping onto mobile internet, it has the speed of a horse carriage.

They said "We fixed it" some 4 hours ago, yet I have not been able to squeeze a single bit from the router so far, let alone a KB or MB. :(

I hope someone does a big expose on them and uncovers their shameful non-fixing of the fibre.
And when all is exposed, let the cookies fall where they may.

We are back, finally.

Somebody found the right switch!

Seems like the shit is about to hit the fan

What is the shit?

Do you not find it strange that Paul held a multi-page written speech just minutes after the list was released? How could he have known who is on the list? You simply can't write such a speech in minutes unless you are informed before the release, which raises other questions, e.g. that this was a concerted effort to try and damage Biden.

Second, he lies (as every one of Mr T's lackeys) that they "eavesdropped on a private citizen". That is completely false, the calls were picked up by monitoring the calls of the Russian ambassador. The unmasking was requested to find out who is talking to Russians and going against the current administration. Would you not do that? Or would you accept it if the next British PM would undermine Boris in the weeks between elections and handover?

Third, the NSA confirmed that all unmasking requests were made properly and had a legal basis. "...unmasking was approved by through NSA's standard process, which includes a review of the justification for the request."

Fourth, the Mr T administration made more unmasking requests and had more approved in 3.5 years than the Obama administration in 8 years. So, by default and Paul's argumentation, Mr T and his people are "eavesdropping" even more on private citizens. Right?

So please elaborate what shit is going to hit the fan in your view?

Wouldn't be the worst if Biden has to suspend his campaign. Governor Cuomo can come in and win the presidency, he's become very popular.

But have to agree with Harry. Big words again from the R's, trying to sweep Trumps Coronavirus-approach under the rug.

Absolutely another LOOK THERE con from the Don and the cult is falling for it hook, line and sinker.

The funny part is that the US is now disclosing part of their "secrets" to foreign powers. A supposedly "America First" administration that is uttelry paranoid about national security blurts it all out into the open to score a political point.

Plus, in the Flynn case, a Barr-appointed lackey wrote the opinion that the case should be dropped and another Barr-appointed lackey signed the submitted letter to the court. None of the career prosecutors appointed to the case wanted to sign. Sounds all proper? :D

Just to add the relevant info:

According to the Office of the Director of National Intelligence's Statistical Transparency reports, 10,012 Americans were unmasked in 2019 in response to a specific request, nearly 17,000 Americans were unmasked in 2018 and 9,529 in 2017.

There were 9,217 Americans unmasked in the Obama administration in 2016 and 1,122 in 2015.

Cant even keep up with his own tweets.
Poor guy.

I know i have said some mean things about Donald, but seeing how sad he looks here it kind of makes me think that maybe he isnt such a bad guy after all.

Same here, no more word of rigged election after his preferred candidate won. Not to forget, that he keeps claiming voting by mail-in ballot is rigged by default. So, his candidate won with mail-in ballots and all is good. :D

The judge in Flynn's case doesn't seem to like what Trump and his buddies are doing. Trying to be the prosecutor and the defense lawyer at the same time. Now that judge appointed another judge to argue against releasing Flynn :P Will be interesting to see how this ends!

It’s going to end the way it always ends in corrupt governments.
Flynn will be freed. Pardoned by Trump.

Shit is hitting the fan. ;)

If the FBI investigates Richard Burr for illegal sale of stock and doesn’t investigate Kelly Loeffler for the same, the purpose will be to replace Burr as chair of the Senate intelligence committee and to punish him for not protecting Trump.

They will try to get someone in there to say the Russia investigation was false.

Its shocking to find that nobody who has commented on yesterdays revelations that the very top of the Obama administration attempted to have Trump impeached while they have been exposed as the ones breaking the law in order to achieve that aim have not said a word against the Obama administrations behaviour!

Bollocks mate. I answered your post: North Korea?

Where did they break the law exactly? Please elaborate!

If Trump were to lose the upcoming election and then get the deepstate henchmen to bug Biden's staff before the handover [which effectively means you're spying on the incoming president, due to shared conversations] the democrats would be up in arms. Imagine Hillary had won and one of her team had a conversation with the russian ambassador [who has conversations with lots of people] would obama and biden have set this spying and counter intelligence operation, of course they wouldn't.

So this is using the fbi, nsa, cia etc.. for domestic political reasons against an incoming republican president, with flimsy excuses and an unverified dossier by steele, which was full of misinformation.

Four footnotes in the Inspector General report on the FBI’s Russia investigation, which were partially declassified on Friday, indicate that the FBI suspected that portions of the Steele dossier contained Russian disinformation as early as 2017.

FBI officials had also expressed concerns about former British spy Christopher Steele’s ties to Russian oligarchs as early as 2015, but those concerns were never relayed to the team that investigated the Trump campaign. The Steele dossier eventually played a “central role” in the FBI’s application to the FISA court to surveil Trump campaign aide Carter Page despite its dubious origins.

Steele had “frequent contacts with representatives for multiple Russian oligarchs, [and] we identified reporting the Crossfire Hurricane team received from (redacted) indicating the potential for Russian disinformation influencing Steele’s election reporting,” reads

The CIA and the top team of the Obama administration, Ambassador to the UN eves dropping on conversations of an incoming presidents high ranking advisor in an attempt to impeach the incoming president. That is a serious abuse of power. An FBI agent wrote in Flynns file "We should ask Biden if we should try to entrap Flynn on a violation, or should we get him to lie?" After they interview the director of national intel it seems clear that the intent is to bring criminal charges, including impeachment charges.

All that you did in your response was attempt to move the discussion away from these very serious developments.

Your bias means that no matter what you cannot bring yourself to admit that Trump has been wronged or that justice should be seen to be done regarding the behaviour towards Trump.

To me that is extremely blinkered.

So Obama should have let go of the fact that there Was Russian interference in an election? It’s now been proven despite what you Trumpsters all think.

Trump said early on that there were improprieties with FBI surveillance. But when the watchdog report came out in late 2019, many of the President's

For instance, the inspector general found that the FBI's decision to investigate several Trump campaign associates was

What I find funny is that 90% of the American media are saying nothing about these latest developments save for one or two loosly reporting it as a conspiracy theory of Trumps.

You say that but I'm sure one of the court cases was dropped as there was no evidence? A few anti hillary memes on facebook or twitter does not constitute serious interference as republican americans were doing the same thing anyway.

What was the russian interference, the facts, as you say?

Tucker picked up trey gowdy on this the other day and he didn't answer, it's taken for granted by both democrats and republicans as they are still obsessed about russia more than any other country.

Again, was Obama supposed to not investigate the suspicion of Russian interference in an election?

what crime did he exactly commit?

This convoluted theory at best proves that Trump is very afraid he will lose to Biden.
So he’s just throwing things out there to see what sticks. He is a master at weaving small details and cherry picking facts and then just making things up as he goes along.

Yes because obamagate is nothing but the cries of a man who has lied 18,000 times. There is nothing there.

Trump is about to lose an election because of how he has handled the response to the coronavirus. He will try everything and anything.

Are you expecting me to have the education of an American constitutionally trained lawyer?

Do you not agree that if there is reasonable evidence to do so then all of those highlighted in the claims from yesterday should face prosecution?

I would suggest that the vast majority American media is not journalism but instead present opinion pieces.

I give you the same reply as I gave above.
So you are saying they should be prosecuted, but you don't know what for? For someone who seems to do a lot of research, I am surprised by your answer, and it seems that you are following the herd rather than thinking for yourself on this one.
As I said on a previous post I honestly believe nobody is above the law and if anyone has broken the law they should be prosecuted, but a lot of people seem to be shouting for prosecutions when they dont know what laws are supposed to have been infringed.

If I remember correctly a number of Trump campaigners have been jailed for their interactions with Russia, does that not constitute an attempt to interfere with the election or was that just old friends catching up......

Nobody knew who the Russian ambassador was speaking to at the time. Are you that blinded?

Nobody was eavesdropping with the knowledge that the Russian ambassador was speaking to Flynn. Those recordings are made by the NSA, by the way, and any American citizen is "masked". So nobody knows who it was unless an "unmasking" is requested. So, your statement is a complete lie just like Mr T is lying about it.

Plus, the Logan Act says that there is only one government. Flynn was asking the Russians to undermine the still in-power Obama administration.

Did you even read the Priestap notes, see below, that is the official transcript of the notes. Nowhere is Biden mentioned, nowhere you fool. Geez, when will you first read some facts before spouting the nonsense you've been doing for donkeys now. I have no clue why you try to defend Mr T, he's lying all the time, he unmasked (eavesdropped on, as you try to call it) more American citizens than Obama, he never takes any responsibility, has not done a single positive iota in 3.5 years. I am dumbfounded anyone can defend him with a straight face.

The red line is mine as it emphasizes that the FBI actually was adamant to go by the rules.

It is a little unreasonable to expect me to be able to cite exactly what laws have been broken and concluding that therefore no laws have been broken.
Or are you attempting to point score here because if you are then I give you your very hollow win :)

I am able to see enough that Trump deserves retribution given that they attempted to have him impeached and the evidence that is coming out now again his apponents.
Do you think that if found to be evidence then there should be prosecutions against Obamas top team et al?

no im not trying to point score, im saying from what I have seen of your contributions to this forum you generally like to do your research as this allows you to determine your opinion before you post. On this one I am genuinely surprised that you seem to just accept what others are shouting for without doing any due diligence on it.

What evidence???? Where????

You didn't even bother to read the entire transcript of Priestaps notes. So again, what evidence?

Nobody is above the law. Any wrongdoing, prosecute according to the law.
