Im a legal registered christian, and so are alot of atheists.
You end up in that registry when you get baptised, and thats how they get ya!
You can be taken of that registry, but it requires sending a letter.
I think its like an email, but in real life or something. Anyway, its to much work, since it wont change anything for me. =)

I have nothing against any religion, personally i dont really care what other people believe or not believe in, as long as they are not trying to impose their beliefs on me.

I think you labour under the idea that I believe everyone should have to read at least twenty passages out of the bible everyday. I'm not particularly interested in organised religion, which is what most atheists dislike too e.g the troubles it causes around the globe. However some good stuff does come out of religion and has helped to keep order in society, once you totally remove any beliefs in 'god' or 'religion' then the results in society aren't always as good as in theory.

I'm probably more interested in spiritual/conscience things than following the pope's latest utterances.

Well when it comes to US politics/issues he's really the only one that has a firm grasp of it.

The thing is that humanity is getting more knowledge about different things. Some countries are making an effort to make all people feel comfortable/happy. It's good to try and see what works and what doesn't. There's starting to be surprisingly big number of transsexual people for example and I'm happy that they can be whatever they really feel inside etc.
Why would you even care if there are women soldiers or atheists or whatever? I'm sure they don't have any affect to your own life. Just let them be whatever they feel like being as long as they don't hurt others.

I knew that might be how it would come across, that I was blaming female soldiers, atheism might play a part or rather taking away religion and not replacing it with anything re morality; but I really meant the changes from more traditional ways of life and thinking, so far haven't led to golden results . [ I think you said yesterday that I wanted to go back to 1960! I'm not that old, but I know law and order was better in the mid 80s onwards until the drug problems and recession of the early 90's, and since then it's continuously worsened]

We've got a violent crime epidemic in the uk the like of which we haven't had before, at least not since a 100 years or more ago, so it's up to the liberals now to sort it out, as they've been in control roughly for the last 30 years, if they can't then allow the conservatives a go. My parents were not really into it at all either, even though i was baptised. But after many unusual personal experiences that came to pass later in my life (things i can't be assed to go into, not to mention that i appreciate anybody that doesnt know me would find them hard to take seriously anyway), resulting from 'curiously meddling with the unknown' / attempting to contact 'the other side' , a hobby i had during roughly a 6 years period, i have come to love ma old boi who goes by the name of Jesus.
Though I appreciate it is written that one should not attempt to make contact with 'the other side', though it wasnt until a few years of this that i began to feel differently than i had previously, towards the whole idea of a higher being. I don't go to Church or anything like that though. I have also worn a silver cross around my neck for the past 20 odd years, though that was a gift from my mother (who doesnt believe in God)

At least the criminals in the UK aren't heavily armed with guns like in the US.

The best way to solve a problem like this "home town heroes" or neighborhood watch groups. Of course, the liberals wouldn't like that too much as it actually does good. This helps out a lot if organized properly. More police do not necessarily solve the problem, in some ways makes it worse. It raises taxes, spreads corruption, and makes the general population feel uneasy living in a police state.

Just my two cents, I hope things get better but being proactive instead of waiting for the government to help generally yields better results.

Liberals feel they are morally superior and "holier than thou". They would never allow someone who opposes their views to help a nation. Even if it means slitting their own throats. Soon everyone will see the true nature and depths some people will go to push their will and agenda. Darkness is about to come to light. Interesting...hope something is released that starts to expose the sting operation against donald and his campaign. I still think it will be difficult to challenge the deep state, you've only got to see what happened to jfk...but if the dems want to keep pushing forward with their investigation, then I can see Don fighting back.

There are some criminal gangs with guns in the uk, but they tend to use their weapons against rival drug gangs and exact revenge for vendettas that sort of thing; knifes though are a far more common weapon and are used against members of the public to rob or just murder. In the UK I know the proactive hands-on type of thinking would not go over well at all. In fact, quite the opposite as you outline above. It's a shame as nothing can more effective than people who have a vested interest in protecting their families and property.

The same is true and happening now in the US as there are groups patrolling the Southern borders outside the US customs and border patrol. These are concerned citizens which the media has branded as terrorists. One of their leaders was arrested several weeks ago I forget his name. There are many videos floating around showing these guys and their handy work. They tie up the people they find and call the authorities.

Regarding the declassifications, it shall be interesting indeed what is released. What will be even more interesting is how those it affects react. Hopefully, the worst won't happen but judging from how things have gone the last couple of years, you never know. Not to mention, the worst offenders are facing military tribunals.

Difficult is putting it lightly as the so-called "deep state" is unfortunately global in nature. You are right, uprooting and destroying that massive is next to impossible. Waking people up to the manipulation on a massive scale is a big part of the battle.

Look for the guilty to go into complete panic mode as mountains of information is finally revealed. No doubt massive denials and distracting events will magically happen simultaneously. Don't look here look over there.

The US would be finished in one fail swoop if immigration was open season. Just like any nation or sovereign country would. That is what these people want and most know this.

Not sure though how good a stay in a canadian hospital compares in terms of quality of treatment and care to a US hospital. We've got a universal healthcare system here in the uk, but many who can afford to, still go private for small operations and treatment. As it tends to be quicker and better as you can choose which doctor performs the treatment/op, plus nicer conditions and environment, which does play a part in health care and the recovery period.

I heard the quality in Canadian hospitals is comparable to that of the US. However, with that said I believe the average waiting time is 19 weeks or something like this for surgery. I'm not entirely sure this is accurate as I haven't researched it. I read it a couple of days ago not from a source I'd consider a bastion of truth. My Canadian friends say you will wait quite a while but most of them have the money and pay for their own insurance. I live overseas and therefore meet people from around the globe generally with some money otherwise they wouldn't be traveling. Not all but many.

The facilities in the US are nothing better for regular folks. If you have big money then yes it's World-class all the way. A regular person with even brilliant insurance is only able to get a certain level of care. The best care and facilities are for the wealthy.

My grandmother had the best insurance money could buy along with secondary coverage. If it wasn't for the secondary insurance she would have been on the street within a year. This was almost 20 years ago as well. Now it's worse.

The last 5 years of her life she spent over 200 days in hospitals. They did almost nothing to actually help her. Countless charges $20 for 500 mg of Tylenol. Running the same tests a couple of times and in different hospitals with different doctors. Blood tests every week, etc. I could go on and on. The file ended up being almost 2 inches thick. The entirety of an almost 5 year period came to a total of just over $5 million dollars.

The entire system is a scam and has been for over 50 years. From the insurers, drug companies to the doctors and hospitals. The insurance companies (look at the underwriters of everything RE Central Banks) are in collusion with the drug companies as well as the politicians. The doctors get paid by the drug companies to pander their pills while the hospitals get paid to treat X amount of people while getting donations from donors so they can do unspeakable research. This has everything to do with abortion and human trafficking of body parts. Think Planned Parenthood.

A tangled web of payoffs with the whole medical industry looking to diagnose and relieve not to cure or irradicate. There is no money in curing a patient now is there?

The so-called affordable health care act only made things worse while penalizing those who could not afford insurance on their income taxes.

I read some articles about American eating habits, impact on the economy, and health overall. To say I was startled to read the estimates is an understatement. I tend to believe this is most certainly true to what degree who knows. From my perspective most certainly planned. People never had this behavior when I was growing up with obese people everywhere. Then you have 1 in 5 children with down syndrome when that figure was 1 in 1,000 before. The list goes on and on about the diseases most profound is cancer and others that kill.

It does seem strange to an outsider like me, that pound for pound, the canadian citizen over the border is getting cheaper access to healthcare, and its not bankrupting them.

Not sure though how good a stay in a canadian hospital compares in terms of quality of treatment and care to a US hospital. We've got a universal healthcare system here in the uk, but many who can afford to, still go private for small operations and treatment. As it tends to be quicker and better as you can choose which doctor performs the treatment/op, plus nicer conditions and environment, which does play a part in health care and the recovery period.

Also does the unhealthy lifestyle of some americans impact the cost forecast for a free universal health care system, maybe some of the core, expensive treatment for life threatening illness [cancer, kidney disease etc] could be subsidised by the govt, but the smaller stuff stays as it currently is funded?

I heard 2.6 trillion dollars a year recently but that was from a major news source. Your 3.2 trillion number wouldn't surprise me either. The accounting of the US government is what bean counters like to call "creative". The numbers are "adjusted" to suit agendas this much is certain. The Pentagon hasn't been audited for a crazy amount of time This is supposed to happen soon.

They were missing 5 trillion dollars and a full audit was supposed to happen I believe September 12, 2011. This did not happen as the plains hit the Twin Towers then miraculously Building 7 which was not hit by a plane imploded and collapsed like a building demolition. All the documentation for the upcoming audit were in there conveniently.

In any event, anybody that denies the corruption and outright theft in government is a fool. In today's technology-driven World every single penny should be accounted for IMHO.
