Do you really want to open this Pandora’s box with this video.

I used to think you were reasonable

But alas...you have succumbed to exactly what you accuse the left of.

I don't understand, what is wrong with the video? I'm not really familiar with this Peterson fella. Stossel I know. Was this gender thing a big issue up there in Canada?

Jordan Peterson mostly talks a lot of sense... I don't see the issue with him

I have no issue with him either, I rather liked him and his pov. I'll watch a few more on him at some point.

The issue I have is the young people screaming hysterically. It's kinda scary actually.

It will be interesting to see what excuses Mr. T will have and who he will blame for

- losing house and senate
- losing only one chamber

or how he is going to brag for
- not losing senate
- not losing any of the two chambers

One thing is sure, he will take no responsibility for lying through his teeth at each rally that he held.

Best lie was: "We have now the military at the border" ....implying soldiers will secure the border. Pentagon released a statement that none of the soldiers will be involved in apprehending anyone. They are only in a supportig role, basically cleaning the toilets for CBP and ICE.

Quite clearly he's getting to know his limits. Only thing they'll be doing is handing out cups of water by the looks of it!

And press secretary huckabee saying Jim Acosta’s press credentials were revoked cuz he assaulted a girl. She was trying to take the mic out of his hands.

Clearly a lie as the video shows he did nothing of the sort.

It’s like we are living in some alternate universe where they are trying to tell us something that we can see with our own eyes isn’t true.

Anyone who has watched that presser has seen the real Mr. T, which was the performance of a trash TV host. Plus, you can see him running scared because he fears what the Dems are going to do with their supoena power in congress. The explanations of his unreleased tax returns were hilarious. In essence, American people are too stupid to understand tax returns.

It baffles me that a good part of Americans actually believe and support him as the election has shown. Looking at the results as an outsider, one can only assume that that part of the US is indeed racist, bigoted and likes living on lies, false promises and endless borrowing of money to finance the present on the shoulders of future generations.

That Sanders would be lying through her teeth was clear to me the soon I saw the encounter between Mr. T and Acosta. Was watching actually live and he never touched that staffer, to the contrary she touched him multiple times.

Mr. T then ordering people/journalists around like they are servants and opting to answer only questions he wanted while denigrating journalists, the free press and even members of the GOP are clear signs of megalomania. He complains about Mueller spending a few million on a legit investigation but happily spends some $200 - $300 Million for sending troops to the border for cleaning toilets and putting up barbed wire.

The signs are now clear that he can win a second term since about half of the US is completely aligned with him. That is indeed sad to see.

Just to add to the above. I predict that we will see him lashing out even more in the future as he feels emboldened by having kept the senate, plus he will paint any investigation by the Dems as an attack.

So far he has governed by threatening everyone with tariffs/sanctions/actual war and that won't change. In his and apparently the world of many Americans that is how you deal with friends and foes.

The only two countries he has not explicitly attacked are Israel and Saudi-Arabia for obvious personal reasons.

Thank you Donald for trying to get something done, finally.

you must be thanking him for tearing children away from their parents and in some cases losing them to adoption? unbelievable in this day and age....why not just send them back. why split them up. do you know how traumatic that is.

and you must be thanking him for renaming the nafta agreement cuz so far nothing new has been agreed upon.

Re-read it, I was thanking him for trying, seeing just what you want to see again?
I did get an early morning chuckle out of your outrage though.

There is nothing to chuckle about families being separated...glad you think it’s funny.

They used to do this in Germany. But ok.

You think all of this is normal.

HE hasn’t done a thing, this is what you can’t see. Creating chaos then resolving the chaos he created to begin with and then taking credit for resolving the chaos he created to begin with is not doing something. It’s just changing 4 quarters for a dollar and creating unnecessary tensions and division.

But keep drinking the koolaid he’s dispensing. So you can believe whatever he says to you.

Just like the fake video the White House has now tweeted out of Jim Acosta ‘assaulting’ the intern trying to get the mic out of his hands.

Amazing times we live in.

The decline of the American empire is well under way. And the only people rejoicing are the Russians cuz this was their plan all along.

I couldnt believe that they didnt lose the senate also... :eek2::eek::confused::what: They actually want to keep mr insane clown trumpet in the white house?? :axeman:
The american voters cant be so bright... bunch of kkk and hitler fans voting for him. :machinegunner:

If he is allowed to stay for 4 more years, its bye bye to USA and welcome to trumpworld. :xxx:

nice talk, classy.

Trump is saving the empire.

Wanting to make your nation stronger and improving it is definitely not a crime, in fact I wished more politicians did what they were elected to do and took pride in their role. Comparing Trump to 1930s Germany is ludicrous really, but then so has much of the vitriol aimed at him from day 1, even before that in all honesty.

He's been in office two years, so hardly enough time to truly get anything done. Kim Jong Un however IS a despot megalomaniac who is positively itching to test his nukes out on.....anyone. He's someone I'd be more wary of starting WWIII than Trump or the Russians.

But if we're talking declining empires, America's been in decline for some time, it's fairly apparent that China is set to be the world's next leading superpower within the next 50 years

So far Mr. T has only threatened with the US might, be it economically with sanctions, militarily with war or he simply scrapped treaties. Is that what you think more politicians should do? So after 7 decades with no world war, thanks to the current world set-up and treaties, we should have politicians from all countries threatening each other with economic or real war? Is that in your eyes the solution in our advanced human world?

He earned that vitriol fair and square mate, from the early days when he got himself on to the Forbes list with fake wealth numbers, to impersonating someone in a radio interview to promote himself up to today where he sees "fine people" among a Nazi marching crowd or lies at every opportunity.

The last example is about his newly minted AG Whitaker or whatever the name is, who earned the spot only because he spoke against Mueller.

- in October on Fox & Friends: “I can tell you Matt Whitaker’s a great guy. I mean, I know Matt Whitaker.”
- a few days ago after facing some backlash: “I don’t know Matt Whitaker.”

Mr. T is now lying openly and brazenly into the face of over 300 million US citizens and a good part still adores him. The presser he held after the election was just hilarious. And yes, that was indeed comparable to how Hitler treated the free press and other people around him.

I don't know how much you studied German history from the early 1920s to the end of World War II, but I can assure you that in many aspects it started exactly the same. You can peruse in historical archives to read Hitler's early speeches and see for yourselves how many parallels you will find to Mr. T's words in the last two years. And Hitler was equally disliked or even laughed at by the majority of Germans at the beginning. So there are clear areas where one can see history repeating itself. E.g. you can read how Hitler bamboozled the UK and the rest of the world with the Munich Agreement. That might ring some bells, although today it is not necessarily only about territorial dominance but surely about other forms of dominance.

That Mr. T is currently trying to scrap the INF deal does not concern you or ring a bell that he is a megalomaniac trying to build more nukes? ......Why is there the need to scrap the treaty? His reasoning that other countries are not included is not valid. He can always try to extend it to other countries but to scrap it should give you a clear signal as to what he wants to do.

You are worried about Kim?... let me give you a few numbers. It is estimated that Kim has enough material for about 10 - 50 nuclear warheads. Not confirmed though, not even if they are indeed deployable. The US has over 6,000 nuclear warheads confirmed of which about 2/3s are ready to deploy within minutes. Hmmm, where is the bigger danger?

Don't you be throwing your fancy facts and reasoning at me, I only work on hype & propaganda :p

I think its more of the same.

First, accusing is not 100% proof. Second, do you think the US was never in violation of the treaty? Guess what, the majority thinks yes.

Third, did you know that straight after the INF was signed, the US started ramping up the capabilities of their sea-based missiles, which were not covered by the INF, that more than offset those dismantled under the INF? So in essence, they violated the spirit of the treaty ever since it was signed.

Not saying the Russians are innocent, to the contrary, they have enough dirt on their hands but I would suggest you swipe the dirt in front of your own door first before complaining about or accusing the other side.

Geez, and maybe inform yourselves properly and stop posting your deflecting videos, they are only proof of your disinterest in the truth.

When you listen to Bolton and Mr. T, the plan looks like following: First scrap the INF, then the New START and Mr. T will be happy to start a new arms race. Bravo!

P.S. And before you post another deflection. Yes, the accusations started under the Obama administration but they never thought about scrapping the treaty and dealt with the problem diplomatically and not via Twitter or without consulting with US allies first.

Regarding Trump's nonsensical, ill-informed comments on forest management after the tragic wild fires in California, the Finns are having tons of fun at his expense.

The latest?

Same like he derided one of the most revered Admirals who was responsible for Bin Laden's capture and is battling now cancer, saying among other things: "OK, he's a Hilary Clinton backer and an Obama-backer, and frankly ... wouldn't it have been nice if we got Osama bin Laden a lot sooner than that?"

Of course, Mr. T has no clue that the CIA was in charge of finding Bin Laden and Admiral McRaven and his team were only in charge of executing the capture. But since when does Mr. T care about facts.

At the end of the interview with Wallace from "Faux News," he gave himself: "I would give myself an A+. Is that enough? Can I go higher than that?"

Delusion is one of the top signs of megalomania!

As far as I am able to ascertain, he has been surrounded by sycophants his entire life, which has totally warped his view on many things.

He is lacking in both sympathy and empathy, does not appear to understand the simple concept of good manners and honourable behaviour, and is bellicose in the extreme.

Possibly the most dangerous man in the world at the moment.

his comments are coming from the experts. And of course because he spoke to the Finnish president about the forest fire in California in general terms .....the lie became the Finnish president told me Finland rakes their forests to avoid fires.

I’m no fan of his but I think raking is a thing to do to avoid forest fires. As well, management of forests. He seems to forget his government cut spending to the government bodies who manage the California forests. And then there’s climate change.

It’s all RAKE NEWS anyway!

... I’m no fan of his but I think raking is a thing to do to avoid forest fires. As well, management of forests. He seems to forget his government cut spending to the government bodies who manage the California forests. And then there’s climate change...

For as long as California has a prolonged streak of hot, dry weather, all it takes is a spark, tinder dry vegetation, and the right wind conditions, and you have the beginnings of a major catastrophe, as has been seen during the tragic events of the past few weeks.

The forests in California are simply too large, and frequently too inaccessible, to effectively remove the threat altogether, particularly when Mother Nature is simply not co-operating.
  • A hot, dry spell and lack of rain means the drier the vegetation, the easier it will burn.
  • Wind influences the speed at which a fire spreads, the direction, and the size of the 'fire front'. It also provides more oxygen for the fire.
  • It must also be noted that a change in wind direction is one of the most dangerous influences on fire behaviour. Many people who die in wild fires get caught during or after a wind change.
  • The actual terrain is a major factor in how a fire behaves. Fires burn faster uphill than either downhill or flat ground, as the flames can easily each more unburnt fuel in front of the fire.
  • Vegetation is also a very important factor. Grass, branches, twigs, leaves, or any other vegetation on the ground will burn easily. Tree bark also carries fire up the trees, which can result in a treetop to treetop jump of the flames.
The actual spread of the fire is a result of direct flame contact, or by an "ember attack", which occurs when burning twigs, leaves and other debris are carried by the wind in any direction, which is the most common way houses catch fire during a wildfire.

Unfortunately, the conclusion is there appears to be almost no conceivable way to manage the forests and remove the threat of wild fires completely, without the removal of forests entirely.

A record setting 5 year drought, the increased temp and bark beetle infestation are the major causes.

129 million trees dead cuz of rain drought. That is an astounding number.
So yes getting rid of dead trees and raking the forests should help. But he cut government funding to these agencies just last year.

And the rains have come so late.

Usually rainy season starts in mid September. It is now starting in mid November.

Seasons are changing.

Another thing, California should stop zoning these high risk areas for houses.

I'm pretty sure over regulation has something to do with it.
