Men say disrespectful stupid shit all the time. I've never heard this level of indignation from men directed at another man for these things before, so you'll excuse my struggle to see this as genuine. Joe Biden repeatedly lays his hands inappropriately on women and children. There is no comparison.

You might find it normal to talk about what you would do to your daughter if you were not "happily married and her father".

Let's get to the truth here. Trump didn't qualify his comment by saying anything about being married. That never happened. Koeffe added it. That changes things, now doesn't it? I don't think Koeffe did it on purpose or to mislead, but regardless, that is a consequence .

The specific incident included a discussion about Ivanka being on the COVER of a Playboy magazine. Trump said it would be very disappointing, but not really. It depended on what was INSIDE the magazine. If you watch it, you'll see that his gestures and body language are a large part of the way he communicates. We are all gifted with complex communication skills & we all depend on them to get our intended message across. The fact that people ignore these when it comes to Trump, is mind boggling. Literally all he was saying with that comment about dating her was that she certainly met the standard for being the subject of this type of magazine. You can't just ignore what his immediate response was. He said it would be disappointing. Everything after that was to validate his stance.
