    Just over a week ago I joined Mr Green and won nearly £2000 from the £7 no deposit bonus. I finally decided to withdraw at £1500 (after making a deposit so this would be possible). I was asked for my driving licience/passport and a few other documents to verify my account. Having provided what was asked for i later tried to log into my account to check the status of my withdrawal only to be greeted by a message informing me my account is locked and should i need help to contact customer service! Having done so several times i'm just told the same thing"My account is under review and thats the only information they can give me at this present time." I have tried to be patient but days are quickly turning into a week and i still haven't a clue why my account is under review, what it been under review actually means or how long this procedure can/will take!! I have asked customer service if there is someone other than them that i can contact (hopefully someone with more info) but to my suprise i was told there isn't. Therefore i'm stuck in limbo not knowing where to turn or what to do as this situation is a first for me.... Can someone please help ??

    OP's post was split off from another thread since it was not related.

    @ OP : you submitted a PAB to us on the 7th then posted here two days later, the 9th. This is a violation of the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ guidelines, section 3.12.

    Also, please be clear about your issues at the casino. Did you not have multiple accounts at Mr Green?

    Turned out the OP did have multiple accounts at the casino: PAB tossed and OP banned for false representation.
