Casino Complaint Non existent Customer Service (again).

    Well, Grand Mondial have not changed, have they:mad:

    I quit for 2 months because of 4 consecutive unsatisfactory problems with their automated systems for claiming promotional offers. NOT ONCE could they be arsed to reply to me, although it appeared that eventually the underlying issue was fixed.

    They then tempted me back with a decent bonus, and it DID NOT INVOLVE their damn automated "opt-in" system, and it worked!

    Last weekend, I was offered the "Treasure Quest" promotion, and I took it despite problems with the offer NOT working in the lobby, but ONLY in the mailer. I was pleasantly surprised that it did indeed work OK and credit the appropriate bonus, and the page then said "come back Monday for a Finders Keepers extra worth up to 100" (5 of course, knowing how Laddies similar offers work). I went back to the page on Monday, but I got an unspecified error, so I contacted CS.

    Wednesday comes, and still no reply from CS, so I check my account just to see if they had fixed the problem and just couldn't be arsed to reply (looked for 5). Nothing, so tried the claim page again - same error.

    But today is WEDNESDAY, and the error is that I am claiming OUTSIDE the period Monday to Thursday, which is simply not so.

    Maybe a simple bug, but CS simply will not reply, making this consecutive ignored Email number 5.

    Fair enough, if NEXT weekend's offer fails, I "can't be arsed" to keep Grand Mondial installed:mad:

    I am almost certain they have a live chat feature either on their website oe in the cashier. They are quite goo there. Try contacting them. They arent very informed about the promotions, but may help you

    yes they do most definitly have live chat, if i were you i would go to live chat. i hope you get this bonus and win big gl to you.

    This is the problem. I can't send them the error in live chat, so I have to Email the particulars so they can see what the problem is.

    Having live chat does NOT excuse the rudeness of ignoring Emails for 5 WEEKS (and counting) from when they were sent.

    I have found a way to get the main part of the promo to work though, it does NOT work in the lobby, but if I follow the instructions as though I was playing in FLASH, but play in the VIPER as I normally do, it works.

    The finders keepers bonus is not the main course, but the after dinner mint, and is most likely going to be like the Ladbrokes scratchcards, "up to" 100 credits, but only ever 5 or 10.

    I checked my account, and no bonus was credited, not even 5 chips, so the error message does mean something, but it makes the casino look so very very STUPID when it tries to convince me that Wednesday does NOT lie between Monday and Thursday for two weeks on the trot.

    This weekend though, 80 in (again), got the 77% as promised, ALMOST busted but then hit for 250, and managed to work it up to 500 and having cleared the WR, I cashed out, so.... (at least for this weekend)...

    Grand Mondial can....
