I played here a few weeks back and won almost 400 from my 95 deposit (I took a first deposit bonus of E100). Having played through the WR on allowed games and getting lucky wins, I requested a withdrawal.

I didnt hear anything for a few days, so emailed to see how the withdrawal was going, and was told to send in I.D. I sent in my drivers license, and then later that week was simply told that my account had been closed down, and only my deposit returned.

I received another email saying my account had been closed due to fraud or bonus abuse.

I can honestly say I have never had an account here before, at the poker or casino or sportsbook. And as I am the only person in the house who knows how to switch the computer on, never mind use it, it is impossible for anyone else to have used it. I have an account from several months ago at Unibet which uses the same software, and as I am being refused to be given any details, this is the only possible link I can find, is it one bonus per software group?

The casino are refusing to explain to any further in the matter. I contacted PaB here, but unfortunately they cannot look it to it any further as my deposit has been returned.

I would have for anyone else to get involved with this site and lose what to be is a very significant amount of money. Am posting here so others dont fall in to the same trap and be scammed by this place (other issues posted on the forum here seemed to have been solved, which is why I played in the first place).

These guys are perhaps better known for their poker exploits and their expulsion from the iPoker network late last year, which generated a few column inches.

You might try the LGA in Malta where they are licensed - the operator/owner of NoIQ is:

NoiQ - Flopgroup Ltd, Malta (EU) Registered Address: 102, Peacock Buildings, Testaferrata Street, Gzira, XBX1406, Malta.

Admin note: the player's PAB was processed and the casino replied that this player is colluding with another.

My question for Donna is how many people are using your computer?

Or maybe I should be more specific: how many accounts do you have in this forum?

... I contacted PaB here, but unfortunately they cannot look it to it any further as my deposit has been returned.

This is a flagrant misrepresentation of the situation. See CM's post above for the real story.

Only 1 person has ever signed up or played any casino software from this computer/ house/ IP/ however far you want to go.

My boyfriend may have logged on to the casinomeister forum from this computer but I am absolutely 100% confident him or noone else has ever joined a casino from here.

I actually just phoned him to make sure of this and he is 100% sure he has never had even an account at Noiq, never mind from this computer!

I am not ever sure what is meant by me colluding with another player. If this could be posted I would be extremely greatful as it seems I will not get another response from Noiq. As long as no private details (name, address etc) are posted on the public forum I love to hear what there reasoning was for this.

I'm not sure what I have mis-represented in my post above. I thought the response seemed to state that the investigation would have gone further if my deposit had not been returned, but because it was then the case has been close. The reply is below anyway

The casino has convincing evidence that you have been involved in fraud
against them. In such cases it is their prerogative to deny service to
you and return your deposits, which you have confirmed they have done.

As such we support the casino's decision against you and will close your
case, effective immediately, here at Casinomeister.

Well, I'm 100% certain that two forum accounts have been accessed from your computer. I didn't say anything about Noiq.

When you speak to him, ask him when was the last time he logged in. Thanks!

He has probably logged in to the forum from this computer, he cant remember when, and has no posts to check date because he says he is unable to post on his account. Is there any way he can find this information out and i'll gladly post it.

I'm not certain how this relates to any of the issues with the non-payment from the casino tho? Like I said i'm not trying to hide anything, and any non-personal information can gladly be posted regarding anything to do with this case

I'm sure he can remember the last time he logged on - was it last week, a few months ago, last year?

He should also know his user name and be able to check his posts.

Have you moved recently?

There is a good reason why I'm asking these questions. Please bear with me.

It was probably a month or so ago. Like I said, he knows log-in details but he cant post and says hasnt been able to for a long time bcasue the "dormant" tag cant seem to be removed from his account.

Moved in to my current house approx 8 months ago. I'm not really sure where this is going really.

Two things:

1) Nothing in my email to you implied or alluded to any such thing. The reason you posted for your case having been tossed conveniently avoided any mention of the fact that the casino had nailed you for fraud. You were being deceitful by pretending there had been some other reason in order to make your case sound more sympathetic to the readership.

2) Next time you want to post someone's email to you you'd be well advised to ask their permission first.

Why didn't he request it to be re-opened? The instructions on doing so are plain as day.

The thing is, if you are sharing a computer with someone, and end up being accused of collusion at some casino, what do you expect? As you should know, most casinos/poker rooms monitor these things like hawks. It's not an excuse not to pay someone, it's them protecting their business and their clients = the other players.

As for this forum, sure it's a separate issue. But it's rather odd that you have signed up mainly to complain about some poker room, and 2/3rds of your boyfriend's posts are complaint issues as well.

Remember when you said this?

And as I am the only person in the house who knows how to switch the computer on, never mind use it, it is impossible for anyone else to have used it.

And now your boyfriend has accessed this site recently (according to you). But you said this was impossible?

I'm not here for an argument, I was trying to warn other players. Why would I want sympathy? I'm simply trying to help others from having winnings confiscated like myself.

I was posting the email in an attempt to show my reasoning for mentioning the deposit refund. I'm not after any confrontation or anything, i'll gladly remove the email now.

Being naiuled for fraud... that is the whole point of my follow up posts! I am just trying to understand what this means and how I have committed fraud. I've been kept in the dark from the start by the casino and that is all I am trying to get my head around.

The people who live with me could not have used it. My boyfriend is the only other person who uses the computer and like I've said i'm absolutely certain he has never ever used my computer to play any casino/poker/betting etc. There is no way anyone has ever used my computer or my IP to access a casino except for me.

I'm not sure what relevence him accessing a forum from here is. He's been a member here for many years I think. Like I said I was just posting to warn other players of the dangers of this casino. What is the fraud I have committed with them? I've asked them several times without response for this.

edit: Also I signed up to this site many months ago, and this was my first thread. I actually joined so I could see the screenshots in the winners/loser sections.

No problem warning other players - make sure you add the details of "when opening an account, make sure you aren't colluding with others since they will tend to believe you are one and the same person to you're committing fraud."

You should also mention that when posting complaints about being accused of fraud, you should ensure that no one else is using your computer.

... I am just trying to understand what this means and how I have committed fraud. I've been kept in the dark from the start by the casino and that is all I am trying to get my head around.
The reason why the casino is keeping you in the dark is because they are 100% sure you're not a moron, and they know what you did. They aren't going to tell you exactly what you did wrong since this will only empower you or any others that may be trying to do the same thing.

That's just the way it is in cyberland.

Well to anyone reading this who is thinking of depositing here, I am still completely in the dark with anything i've done to warrant keeping my winnings. I dont seem to be able to get a straight answer from anyone, so I'm just warning people not to play here.

I know its been posted in the past at the same place, and it will probably be posted again, but please take a warning when you see one. 400 is a hell of a lot of money to me and i'll keep trying with other authorities to get it back, but i would hate for anyone else to be scammed here.

It appears the casino is not willing to notify you of what you did but they shared information with casinomeister which appears from what I'm reading as if you and your boyfriend had accounts with the same casino and therefore they're denying winnings..just my speculation.

You appear genuine in your post but you know in cyberland that's not too hard to pull off. I'm confused as to why they let you deposit if they thought you were commiting fraud.

I know I keep saying it, but it is simply not true that my boyfirend had an account at noiq. If he has please let me know. This is what baffles me. It seems to me that it is an excuse that "player fraud" has occured so that casinos can avoid paying out.

I have appealed to other authorities to try and receive my winnings, so I'm not going to achieve or gain anything extra by posting here. As above, I'm only posting to try and keep other people from falling in to the same trap with this casino, or a warning to be careful with who you put your money in.

I dont understand why the casino waited several days after my withdrawl before asking for I.D., then waited several more days before these excuses came up. I received a generic email from them at first which said I had comitted one of several offenses, which was clearly just a cut and paste job.

Honestly, if i received a genuine reason for the no-pay I would write an apology for these mails, even if it was by an email. I;ve only posted on the boards due to a refusal from the casino to respond to any of my emails

Okay - just a final word. No one said anything about donnawild's boyfriend having an account at noIQ. This is the scenerio:

a) Donnawild PABs against noIQ
b) NoIQ replies explaining in detail why they locked her account: colluding players
c) NoIQ refunds her deposits
d) we confirm this with Donnawild and close the PAB
e) she starts this thread to warn players claiming that no one is using her computer.
f) back peddles when I state there are at least two accounts accessed from her computer in this forum.

I didn't ban Donnawild because I am giving her the benefit of the doubt when she claims her boyfriend has an account here. But like I pointed out earlier: it's an odd situation when a player denies she is colluding with others in a casino, yet in a separate incident has more than one account accessed here from home.

That's all I have to say about this. Thread upgraded to closed.
