Roguish Nogabet seizing 4 figure win, and stopped replying to my emails/contact

I've got a major complaint with nogabet. I played there a while ago (late august/september), claiming their initial welcome bonus and playing the whole thing on slots while sticking to their t&c which i read closely. I ran up a 4 figure balance, and then started losing some, and decided to withdraw, and I'd met the wagering requirements. I requested my withdrawal, and was told that I was being investigated for 'bonus abuse and linked accounts' or something like that. That's total rubbish, I've only got the one account and there's no way at all they can show any evidence to the contrary. and bonus abuse, well why on earth are you giving out a welcome bonus if you dont want people to play with it?

I havent had any responses to my emails at all for at least the last couple of weeks. I PMed the rep on casinomeister forums and have had no response from them either! I understand you only get one PAB here with a non-accredited casino so I'd rather not use that up. anyone have any tips? at the very least I'm determined to spread bad publicity around till they pay me!

If they have a rep here, but are ignoring their PMs, it can be dealt with outside the PAB process by informing Bryan or Max that a forum rep is not responding to player issues. The fact that all emails have also been ignored shows the casino has no intention of resolving this issue without a prod from outside, so you need to give them one. You may have no choice but to use your one shot PAB if you want this 4 figure sum paid out.

Hi, Max here. I manage the PAB stuff for Bryan here at Casinomeister. I'd say go ahead and do the PAB thing after you have read the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ.

As it happens I've got other issues on the table related to this casino so your PAB could actually be a help to me, as such I'll wave the "one non-Accred" rule. Good for you, good for me, (maybe) good for the other PABers.

Please do read that Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ first though. It defines your responsibilities and what you can expect from the process, required reading for all PABers.
