Bonus Complaint Nobody has responded to my PAB in three weeks

    Hi there


    I sent a PAB to Casinomeister around three weeks ago, but didn't get a reply. I sent an email after one week asking if they'd received my PAB, just so I'd know if it was submitted correctly and that they had received it, but noone got back to me. A week after that I sent another email just asking if they had received it and if they wanted to do anything about it or not, because I'm currently waiting on a £850 bonus payout issue, and still didn't get a response.

    Does anyone know if it's because they've got a huge backlog to get through at the moment, or could it be another reason?

    I emailed via my gmail account and checked my spam folder regularly but couldn't see anything.

    EDIT: I was informed that the reason I had no response was because I was emailing the wrong email address at Casinomeister, not the one that is laid out in the PAB FAQ's. My bad. I've been in touch with Max, and received a reply now I've used the right channel to contact him

    See the grey PAB under your name. That means it was received and is in process. Check your gmail spam folder. on the left column in gmail click the more button at the bottom of the list to expand it and see the spam folder. You may find a response to you there.
    I'm sure if there was an issue max would let you know. :D

    Ahhh cool thanks, it looks like I've been emailing the wrong contact address at Casinomeister, I'll email Max now.

    Hi, a few things need be said here:

    1. Yes, there is a huge backlog and that does slow everything down. I'm also in the process of leaving France so that doesn't help any.
      .
    2. As mentioned you can always contact me directly to ask about your PAB stuff. My contact info is given in the Pitch-A-Bitch FAQ, section 5.1. Please note that you did declare on your PAB form that you had read and understood the FAQ so it's fair game for us to assume that you've done so and can be expected to act accordingly.

    3. I have received no emails from you regarding your PAB. That's a bit worrisome and something we should get resolved ASAP. Please PM me and we'll get this worked out.
