Had a great win but then, as usual, grandprive support failed to answer emails for two days finally called and told since VIP they would ask to have withdrawal expedited. I will post outcome for everyone to view.

I know they are Rouged but I had a huge win at Lakepalace in July and thought I would try Roadhousereels and won. Their problem is poor response to emails and slow processing of payouts.

Guess they just don't care.

Guess no-one here will care either.
If you play at a casino which is ROGUED by CasinoMeister - you get what you deserve IMO.

They are rogued for a very good reason - they stole money from 100s of people by reneging on agreed contracts. If they'll stab their business partners in the back, how do you think they'll treat their players?

For reference, these are all the rogue casinos under the Grand Prive umbrella:-
Villa Fortuna
Big Dollar
Casino Grand Bay
Roadhouse Reels
Bella Vegas
Lake Palace
Jupiter Club
Fortune Junction
Jackpot Wheel

(All are Microgaming casinos).

FYI they didnt steal a cent. They used a cancellation clause. Almost every affiliate program has that clause, not limited to online casinos, and they can "enforce" it when they see fit.

Even if you would be able to take them to court you would lose because you are not an employee or a consumer and companies generally have very little if any notion of obligation or commitment to you.

And no Im not a lawyer but these are the facts.

I have been playing at roadhouse reels for a couple of months and every single withdrawal has been processed. All quite quickly Followed up with a telephone call telling me it was being paid. I must admit i didn't realise that they were rogued. Must think twice now though.

I am still astounded to see people say "I know they are thieves BUT" But what you think they will be kind once and not steal from you? Sorry but people that continue to play at these brands will not get my support or symphony!! If everyone banded together and told them to take a leap maybe they will feel the pain and learn a lesson that cheating players and affiliates is not the way to go!

Why reward these clowns there are so many better and well deserved places to play at.

There are plenty of affiliates that endorse casinos that have completely screwed over players.

So it shouldn't be a surprise to see players acting equally nonchalant when the situation is reversed.

While it's not an ideal situation, players at a casino don't really have the same interests as affiliates, so I don't see that a player boycott is necessarily rational.

kasinoking...My post was to those thay play at Grandprive

Sorry, but I win at Grandprive and was paid within 3 days afterall. Actually, they changed their "reversal period" to 48 hours and will not flush anylonger, but, after the 48 hours was up they paid my QT account.

They are still bad at answering emails, so those that play there should phone instead.

Atleast they have phone support unlike Inetbet which is promoted here and takes forever to answer emails at times.

Bottomline, my post was basically informational to those that care and play there.

I hope this post is also helpful to others.

I don't post here as often as I use to because I find those responding to my thread really don't respond with helpful information and much of it negative commments.

I make my own decisions on who I consider to be a rogue. I don't rely on this or any other website. I do however listen to others play experiences at a given casino or casino group; and I suggest others do the same.

I didn't ask for anyones sympathy. you people need to stop responding with such ridiculous comments. I play where I win and get paid. I also attempt to let others know my experience at a given casino. Which is what this website is partly about. I won, 2000.00 on 50.00 deposits/casino lakepalace and roadhousereels. I deposited at several, non-rouged casinos and won nothing. Get a life!

Oh yea.... not all of us are "sheeple"

As you can see by other posts, there are those of us that play at Grandprive.
Unless I am wrong, we are free to post our experiences even if they are rouged here. Correct?

I think the majority here does not play at any Grand Prive casinos. But KK has made some valid points. Whether you consider valid or not that's your decision. And I wish for the life of me that members would stop telling others to get a life. Its not a nice thing to tell someone. Members here are being cautious there is nothing wrong with that. Is there? You want to play @ a rogue casino, that's your business, but do not expect the membership to accept it. When you posted this thread was you going to expect members to say good job? Congrats on you winnings? Hope you get paid? Was you expecting that? If you was, wasn't going to be by anyone who has the sense not to play at these casinos.

Read my initial post..........

I didn't ask anyone for anything. I believe if you read my initial post you will find it was a "Statement" not a question. And yes, I got paid within 3 days of my withdrawal. But as I said, they are slow to answer emails. The information was for those who play there. If you don't play there, then you shouldn't find a need to comment at all.

I find yours and others comments to be much more rude or offensive then anything I have posted.

I have always been paid by grandprive. I also had my biggest win ever at grandprive, $14000.00 on Break the Bank. I only, play Jackpot factory, Mini-vegas group and Grandprive since I am a VIP at all and get paid faster and win more then the others.

I also play Club world, Rushmore and Inetbet. However, Inetbet least favorite due to lack of online support.

Rude? That's light stuff what I wrote. I wish you all the luck..:)

.. you people need to stop responding with such ridiculous comments. .. Get a life!

First thing: I think you might misunderstand how forums work.

You are free to post, others are free to reply/comment/whatever as they see fit.

You don't 'own' the thread so it's not really up to you to say what is or is not a suitable response.

I think you might be thinking of a blog where you post what you want to post and get to moderate the comments. We have blogs here at CM if that's what you're into: Link Outdated / Removed.

Second thing: your original post said "Guess they just don't care."

Like it or not that is pretty much an invitation for the rest of us to pitch in with our thoughts/comments/whatever of the subject.

Getting snippy at folks when they do reply is seriously missing the point of what goes on here.

I should also add that having members point out that you are playing at a known problem casino and one that is officially blacklisted here at CM is not a trivial thing. A substantial part of what we do here is help players with casino problems and warn them off of sites that are likely to bring them such problems. If you choose to ignore such warnings that is your business but you are in no position to tell others to 'shut it' when they remind you and others that trouble that way lies.

Finally, your 'Get a life' comment and similar things you've been saying prompt me to give you some unasked for advice: chill a bit. There's no need to get all humpty, the replies people have made here are neither offensive nor trivial and deserve a lot more respect than you're giving them.

Remember: you are free to post, the membership is free to reply. That's how this works.

Worth to note is that Grand Prive is rogued because of bad business practice. Not because they havent paid their winners. And its quite obvious why they used their cancellation clause and I cant see how it would affect the players.

I dont play there for various reasons but there are other MG casinos that are far worse.
And no, I wouldnt recommend they either. But not for the reasons affiliates have they blacklisted.

The problem is that they LIED as well. They first said the reason for cancelling affiliate contracts was that they were closing the casinos. This was a lie, they DID close them for US players, but those affiliates who recruited NON-US players, were completely "ripped off".

This indicates how they do business, they are RUTHLESS, and if they can get away with something, they will try it on. They also pulled another stunt, they used their mailing list to recruit players to a different casino they were running at "arms length", thus cutting out affiliates. The intent at first seemed to be to move their non-US players over to Villa Fortuna, and close the other 5, but the other 5 are still open, and so is Villa Fortuna.

They are one of the VERY FEW casinos to "bonus ban" me for PLAYING SLOTS, AND BEING DOWN, surely the ideal customer.

Recently, I received a phone call from Grand Prive. The rep told me I could claim a special bonus of 100 for 100. I declined, and then he sweetened the pot, promising that if I did, the next day I would get ANOTHER 100% offer. He then told me this was only available today, by his special invitation.

Since I was flush (after my 51000 winning spree at 32Red), and in the interests of research, I deposited the 100.

Research results:-

1) LIAR - although I DID get the bonus, it was NOTHING TO DO with the rep who phoned. I found out by checking Playcheck-detail view, and saw it was the standard eMagazine bonus I had in the post a month or so earlier.

2) LIAR AGAIN - no 100% offer followed the next day.

This demonstrates that the ethics ARE being extended to their dealings with players. They will make offers over the phone, often a ploy rogues use, and will later renege on at least part of the offer.

This kind of behaviour (making false offers over the phone) is not something that a REPUTABLE casino would do, it is WORSE than the increasingly common practice of phoning players with offers if they reverse a withdrawal, something I have increasingly been getting from Prime casino (now uninstalled after my refusal to accept was followed by a "fraud audit" on my withdrawal:mad: - they paid, but too late - after I put the pressure on by giving them a formal 14 days notice before moving to an eCogra complaint).

Did they actually ever say they were closing the casinos? Never saw any news about that only speculations.

Grand Prive have "never" been ethical. Remember that Bryan rogued them back in 2006. Surprisingly didnt see any reaction by affiliates back then. I wonder why:rolleyes:

They were back again!!!

LIED again!

Told me I only had 8 points before I reached Jack, and could have ALL THE BONUSES.

8 points is a pittance, but it was 68, just as it was last time I checked.

I am also BRITISH, and WE ARE ALL FRAUDSTERS & BONUS ABUSERS according to them, and now they want a BRIT back AND with BONUSES too!

Now, it wouldn't be anything to do with them finally being FORCED out of the US market by Microgaming themselves, and needing to bring back those NON-US players that were once thought of as "poor quality".

It's MY turn to tease them now:D

I registered for their slots race promo, using the SAME name as I use everywhere, INCLUDING the Red Flush Birthday Fiesta, played for a bit, then stopped, then ........ nothing.........

I await my phone call this week:D

When I get it I will say, "hello, are you the rep who lied to me in August, or the rep who lied to me in September?"

Quick win today at Lake Palace

I have been getting pretty lucky at all Grand Prive's lately. Just won 975.00 on two games at Lake Palace after depositing 75.00 (no bonus). They have been paying quicktender within 3 days of withdrawal my last two cashins. Just for you info.

You mean they are spending the money to actually call you and not txt you with the ...Hey Big Player line:lolup:

TWO calls, but probably not that expensive for them considering what they stand to get.

Now, I DID'NT knock back the bonus a second time, but although I am Jack status (of COURSE I didn't just take their word for it - I checked in my lobby), I do NOT see any signs of "Jack Tier" offers.

I have no idea what "Jack Tier" offers are even supposed to be, so I will have to see whether it is just another case of waiting another month for my next phonecall. When they phone, I'll just say I was waiting for THEM to make the move because I thought that was how it worked for the tiered offers, but I bear them no grudge since I needed the 5K I had lined up anyway for a slots race at xxxxxx casino:D

Tier levels just another "ploy" to get players/deposits

I reached the "king" tier. I didn't receive any of the "special" perks there policy stated I would receive. So stopped playing there for almost 1 year. Unlike, Fortune Lounge Group, which will only drop you 1 loyalty level if you fail to maintain your current level; I was dropped to Jack Tier level for not maintaining my King tier level.

Big deal, I never saw any of the benefits anyway.

They have stolen money from players?

I am aware that they have in the past had issues with slow payment, CS, etc. But virtually all casino groups I have played in last 5 years have had same problems from time to time. Right now accredited Rushmore is having a problem. I made a withdrawal same time as Grandprive and Grandprive already paid but still waiting after l week for Rushmore to pay. Yet Rushmore has never had this issue in my experience before.

I have issues with many of the Microgaming and RTG casinos I play but if I am winning and get paid those winnings I am happy. If I feel they are rigged or purposely delaying payments I scratch them off my play list no matter if they are approved or not.

I am not aware of Grandprive stealing money from players.

well I am sticking by the affiliates and not depositing in this Grand Prive Group I havent deposited since the incident and will not. IMO it was totally wrong what they did by not paying these folks who work hard to get them customers. So no matter how much they pay I still will not deposit with them this is just my opinion and my feelings. Also just note I am not an affiliate, I am just a player.

pevangel:)

As a player I have never played at Grand Prive or any of their other casino properties. As an affiliate I have never promoted them.

Likewise as a player I have never played at a virtual casino like Cool Cat. As an affiliate I have never promoted them either.

However both groups have one thing in common. They are both rightfully blacklisted not just on my site and on CasinoMeister, but across many many gambling portals.

For good reasons too.

Oddly enough, I was placed straight on to KING tier when they made the changes to the tier system. There certainly was a great deal said about the benefits of being on a high tier, and encouragement to play further to reach Ace tier. I received nothing for being on King tier, so didn't see the point in playing for Ace.

This is all pretty recent, I heard NOTHING from them for a good couple of years, and at the end of the first year, I STILL seemed to remain on King tier. It was only last Autumn that I was finally dropped, and they do seem to drop you right down to where your NEW points total puts you, which in my case was RED.

Out of the blue, they offered me a couple of bonuses, and in all I won the princely sum of 100, moving from -3600 to -3500 over the lifetime of my account. Upon this withdrawal, they lost interest in me again, until this August. Another emagazine, and another bonus. Far from losing interest, they seem unduly keen to convince me they are the best place to play at. They are certainly unusual, considered rogue throughout much of Cyberspace, yet holders of an eCogra seal. Other than this, just a Microgaming casino with the same games as the rest of them. The only thing that sets MGS casinos apart is their level of customer service, and the comps they offer.
I was attracted to Grand Prive after they started to accept UK players into their promotions, and in particular the fact they ran live scoreboard based challenges, which were pretty hard to find, yet my favourite type of promotion.

Their persistence has aroused my interest, as in "what are they up to:confused:". They seem to make such an effort to make an offer, then promise more of the same, but are too disorganised to follow through. Then another rep phones again to see "what's up", and to find out why the previous efforts have been in vain.

Now to the current scoreboard. They are giving away a HUGE amount, completely dwarfing the recent amount given out in the Red Flush Birthday Fiesta, yet I am placed 205th, and have barely more than 50 points, so there cannot be more than 200 active participants in this, and I would have expected FAR MORE to have registered, and be earning points, given the size of the prize pool.

Maybe they are suffering from the loss of their affiliate network, they have lost US players, cannot get any new ones from the US. They have alienated affiliates, who are not just no longer promoting them (hard, given they ditched the program), but have listed them as ROGUE on their portals. They are faced with marketing themselves, or getting back inactive players.

I think I am experiencing the efforts of the team tasked with getting inactive accounts active again. I have no idea how they are marketing themselves directly, considering that most attempts to use direct email marketing will be dismissed as spam by most players, and unlikely to be of interest to non-gamblers.

Back in late 2006 they were a very large sponsor on our old forum and I mean large they got major attention and advertising from us. Then they got funny to our members after offering bonuses and freebies over and over they all the sudden started calling the players bonus abusers and cheaters. It go really bad they were behind on paying out players we decided that it was in the best interest of all members to remove them as sponsor of our forum. That was a major hit to us since we had a staff and many bills to pay but our members came first. That is why when they started getting stupid about 2 yrs ago we were not effected because we had seen this all coming a mile away and stopped giving them major traffic.

Bottom line is they are going to keep you around as a player until your of no use to them, start winning a lot and I will be shocked if your not treated like trash by them.

I know what you mean BonusStreak. However it would be rude not to point out this:

You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.

A search on google for Grand Prive Blacklisted. :)

Prospective players are probably likely to search using only "grand prive", but there are STILL a mass of "blacklisted" returns, starting with the Casinomeister report.

No wonder they are getting desperate for their existing, but dormant, players to return.

No phonecall so far this week, but it's only Tuesday:D

Bless their hearts.... they haven't contacted me, so maybe they're not in the gutter yet. LOL

GP got most of my money back in the day a lot with bonuses, a lot without-- back when they didn't hate players.... and they kept my NT plump with prompt withdrawals, too.

I was bonus banned when I uninstalled them all, so I guess I'm still bonus banned. And they don't seem to want me back, bonus or no . Imagine that. In the end, they hated me. I always cashed out when I was ahead, and NEVER reversed. In the end, they tried weird delays (like dumping a $550 pending wd back into my casino account while I was playing 4 line VP on autoplay --"oops we goofed, so sorry", and other weirdities), but that didn't work either.

I haven't trusted them since all my GP accounts (except Grand Bay) had the NETeller disabled and they kept saying it was an MG 'glitch' ... or processor glitch... or it was raining on a Tuesday.... whatever..... (liar, liar, pants on fire)

It went down the tubes (from the customer relations stand point) when Marcus? whatever his name was, went on vacation and never came back to whatever position he had been employed in.....

I remember that, and the solution (deposit in the Flash lobby - play in Viper;))

It was curious that this "MGS Glitch" ONLY affected THEIR casinos:rolleyes:

Well, Thursday evening, and no phonecall so far. Maybe they are waiting to see if I will make the next move.

Perhaps it's time to "tease" them again:p

Maybe next phonecall I will have a chat with the friendly rep (who is REALLY trying to sell the brand back to me), and talk about how I just LOVE those live scoreboard promos, and how I WON the one at Red Flush (they can easily verify this - same handle:D).

They will then start thinking "$8000 - how do we get our hands on that!". I can then lament about how it has dwindled, and I am down to "fumes" in my Neteller, which is why they only got 50 last week:D

"Where did you lose it all" they might say.

"Oh at this casino that kept offering me big bonuses AND had another live scoreboard promo running" I would say.

IF they make another offer, I will say "nice - but too late really for this scoreboard promo, when does the next one start". TOUGH for them though if it clashes with "Slot Survivor" at Red Flush - need to ensure enough "ammo" remains to pursue all the way if I get a good start.

That would be it, leaving the next installment for their NEXT phonecall;)
