Grande Vegas is not connected to any other casino.

Regarding the Grande Vegas / Gold issue, we obviously make use of the same people with regards to out sourcing our support staff. Hence the similarities between the two.

I found this in a casino review on the net:

And this at another place:

I did it because when I deposit at Gold Vegas my NETeller receipt said Sulkin Limited.

First you denied the connection totally, then admitting sharing support staff.

Now I can prove that the owner of Grande Vegas recieves my money when I deposit at Gold Vegas.

All this denial from you just because I tried to help a player with this:

Have you been playing at Gold Vegas and made a withdrawal request?

The question seems very strange but when I made a withdrawal at Gold Vegas the email was sent from Grande Vegas.

I haven`t lost confidence in either one of the casinos but I wonder why you didn`t just answer that you are connected in several ways.
 
Grande Vegas must step up its withdrawal processing time. To make a person wait 3+ days is insane. I nearly closed my account there. My withdrawal sat pending. On Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tueday. Most other RTG will process in 24hrs or less.

I beg to differ. I received my 2 withdrawals within 24 hours. Maybe I was just lucky.

I realize now that the fact that Grande Vegas is on the accredited list and Gold Vegas isn`t can force you to deny the fact that the two casinos have the same owner.

Both casinos seems serious, can`t you make Gold Vegas accredited? Or is it impossible for a Top Game-casino to reach that list?
 
I sure hope they can't Maphesto. And I wouldn't want to be associated with any Top Game casino either.

Hello Everyone.

My apologies for the delay in my response, we have had a busy week at Grande Vegas:)

To clear up the confusion regarding the Grande Vegas / Gold Vegas Casino issues I would like to clarify the following.

Grande Vegas casino and all the management adhering to the Casino and website is done in isolation and not in connection with any other casino. Other than our support staff, which we have stated is out sourced; Grande Vegas is maintained and managed separately from any other group or casino. Sulkin Limited is a large company with many holdings and Grande Vegas has never attempted to hide that we are owned by them.

I hope that this clarifies the issue.
