Resolved New freespin.com courier check never sent.

I won from that free chip that was posted at freespin.com. I made the deposit as the terms required, sent all the photocopies and the faxback form in and my withdrawal was approved several days later. I chose the courier check option for withdrawal and the withdrawal records says FedEx is the courier. I just called FedEx since they would not give me a tracking number to see if they could tell me if I am expecting a package, and they said there are no records of any package being sent to my address. They may be checking if there are any domestic packages but wouldn't they have record if the package reached the United States and is being routed to my address? I am going to give it a few more days then call my credit card company. I just notified them I would like my deposit refunded since there is still enough in my account to cover that.
 
have you contacted the casino and see what they say about what is going on?? I've heard good and bad things about this place and am curious as to what they will say.

I have contacted them multiple times. I actually got an email that was intended for someone else about me by mistake telling the cashier that they told me they were only available by email and that they need to assure me that they will send the check. Most support doesn't seem to know anything that goes on. I just got another email saying "that they are having technical issues because they are new but rest assured you will receive your winnings". I told them I don't want assurance just a tracking number from FedEx or refund my card. I don't really consider payments a "technical issue" and besides that, my deposit went through no problem. Looks like "technical issues" only occur during withdrawals.

It seems players get paid in the end, but it might very wel take 10-14 days for an E-wallet withdrawl, so for a check you may have to add another 7 days to that.

I agree just sounds like a stall tatic to me, have some patience and see what happens in the next couple of days. How long ago did you request the withdraw and when it said approved?
 
I cashed out at the end of September.

I was told the check was sent and if I don't receive it by Tuesday let them know. I got this email today:


Dear *******,

I am hereby confirming that the check will be sent at the end of this week or on Monday.

I will also request the tracking code from our payments department once they get the confirmation that the check has been sent.

I haven't received the tracking code for the check they said I would receive on Friday or Monday. I guess Monday is the deadline when I call the bank and see if they will do a charge-back.

The idea of a site being called freespin.com sounds kind of rogish anyways, but none the less. Watch out when you get the check, if they've jostled you around this long. Make sure it clears before you even think about spending it. Any casino that has "issues" sending money. Really should be watched out for.

I have been following the saga that has been going on and I too was owed money by free spin and had been talking to Ben C casino Mgr freespin. Last week I was suppose to have had a check as well set out by Friday No later than Monday delayed because of the processing company I was told. They gave me an additional free chip of 20.00 for the delay and but more important stayed in touch with me and never did anything that wasnt right. Well Fed Ex just showed up at my house on Tuesday in good old Mississippi and handed me my check for 400.00 dollars. I guess they did get it out no later than Monday like they said. Not Bad. Thanks for staying intouch with me free spin and being upfront and honest a great think that is missing with alot of the other casinos out there ( LIKE RIVAL CASINOS BAD NEWS ). I am sure the the other person here will also get handled by freespin like me and i hope if they do they will write like i am and report they did get paid! I like to post on sites if casinos dont do like they should but also love to post when casinos do like they should like in the case. Thats what the sites are good for thats how I deceide which casinos to play at and not to play at. I got the check.

It took a while but I got it. They said there funds got returned from the processor because they were given wrong information. I thought that too, don't spend it right away just let it sit till it clears. Maybe I should have chose bank wire?

See some of this casinos can have a problem but I know I have always been paid by all. Of course I know you guys dont like that because it gives you little to bitch about. Why don't you trust the players like me that play sites and listen to what we say and take on problem casinos ( like the Rival Group now that is a stupid outfit). I make my living as a professional gambler (why do you think i live in Mississippi) I have been doing this for the last ten years. I am able to tell you which online casino software works the best and the worst. As long as the online casinos pay me and the software is geared to be able to match the land based casinos here in Mississippi and else where in the world where I play I will use them and when I post I am posting about the best online software to win at and the worst. Something that all the negative posters dont understand. Oh let me go bitch now and make some more stupid comments. You know what, no. I don't think you have the right to make comments like this when there are probably more bad RTG casinos then good ones. Making a comment about "stupid posts" is uncalled for. I have emails that stated the check was sent and it wasn't, that is all I knew at the time I posted it. It wasn't until I called FedEx did I learn it wasn't. I believe they did have a problem with their processor, but it took them several days and several emails by me until they figured it out. In the mean time, I was telling them to let me know what is going on, because I need to call the bank soon to do a charge back. I did receive an email that they hope that they can regain my trust now that they got there problems situated. It did take a week to process the withdrawal when the site says 48-hours. My last withdrawal was with two Rushmore Group casinos and these were problem-free and fast.

I told BenC in an email that there are RTG casinos were there no issues with cash-outs and they are done quickly, like Rushmore Group, Jackpot Capital, and some like InetBet. He is going to have to compete with them. All in all, all my complaining most likely did them a favor, they may have gotten all the kinks worked out and now can work on gaining a good reputation.

You must have missed my point buddycat i wasn't talking about you. I think it is great that you come back and let everybody know that the casino did pay what you are owed. That is the point. what I am talking about is the comments like kermfrog sings there praises and oh seems bad maybe we can attach a rouge title to this casino yeppie. You didn't make those comments. That is a bunch of Bull. There are so many online casino to play If you win at one and it takes 3 to 4 weeks to get paid I just dont play at that site untill I do get paid. The ones that I see where you might get paid quickly are mostly bogus sites. (like the stupid RIVAL group terrible odds) I play rushmore (just colleted 1508.00 the other day) but they took about 3 weeks before my check showed up at my door. Did i panic no I just played other sites untill my money arrived. That is my point if everybody played sites where your chances of winning are the best (with deposit plus bonus) and when you do win and cash dont play anymore untill your money arrives. The answer to your question is because I have severral homes and vaction spots onlong with more than one laptop. And when I travel I have time away from my job (at land casinos) I had downloaded software From Rival and got caught in some security web as they call it (jerks) which got them looking at my play. They claim I play video poker for instance at or greater than a 98.4 pct avg. so that was the reason for cutting me off my accounts and no longer allowing play. Not because of $10 to $15 bonus. NO big deal like I said there software has Major problems in my opinion anyway and I have informed them I no longer wish to play any of there sites anyhow.
Anybody playing Rival and winning any money at all is extremely lucky and sure doesn't have anything to do with skill or knowledge of games. Of course they may pay in a few days. That is what I cant understand here. Play at a site and you might cash out winning 1 out of 5 times but you get paid in few days or play at sites where you cash out 1 out of 2 times playing and it might take 2 or 3 weeks to get money. And the ones taking longer to get money get labled rouge. I would label the ones paying 1 out of 5 times rouge like Rival Group Casinos.
