NETeller is difficult for me

The site has been dead for more than 48 hours now. I know they are a publicly traded entity and I should trust them if I trust any casinos at all, nonetheless their site always being down makes me worry about them are going outta business!
I am switching to Firepay. Do you Firepay users ever experienced any of this BS like NETeller?
 
I have been able to get into Neteller every day, and I was in there yesterday and this morning with no problems at all. In fact I just phoned customer support after reading your post and was told that they have not had any server problems or down time in the last 48 hours. You should first check your internet connection and settings, or pick up the phone before reporting that 'Neteller Sucks' when it most likely is a problem on your end.
 
I am on cable.
It just keeps loading and loading and I can see part of the page coming up and eventually a message saying 'document contains no data' pops up. Hey, why would I bother to post if I really don't experience any problem? And I can't even call NETeller as I dont have their number...cause their page won't load.
 
Let's post responsibly. Neteller does NOT suck, and they are NOT down. If you need anyone to investigate why you are having problems, email colin@neteller.com and I'm sure he can point you into the right direction.

I did not say your making it up, but you should phone them to see what is going on. As I posted I have no problems and I phoned them to see if they have had any down time but they said no. That message sounds like a problem on your end but I am no computer expert. Maybe someone like jpm knows what that message means. It could be your internet security settings.

I do think NETeller sucks as I always experience what them casinos refer as 'time-outs', where your money deducted from your balance but it is sent to nowhere.
 
Sounds like a firewall/internet security program setting to me. Are you using something like Norton Internet Security?
 
Yes i to have been having trouble with neteller in the last 24hrs. Same thing here semi loads up but thats it. I dont have trouble with any other websites. I called a friend and asked him to try from his computer and he had no problems. I'm thinking it mite be my ISP, anyway i'll wait and see.
 
I did have problem today exactly getting the "there is no data" message etc.
But I did get it to load like a few minutes later.

Oh BTW have you guys noticed that NETeller is no longer running the CashGiveAway program? The next lucky draw date has stuck on 29 Aug 2004 or some such date since september.

I ask about this few weeks ago, when i use my all "Netpoints"
to Cash GiveAway

I talked to them about this last night actually, I had called them on a different issue. They said that it is stuck on August right now and that you shouldn't buy any entries currently until its fixed. They said its being worked on now and should be fixed soon, but I heard that story a month ago, so not sure what the real deal is. Maybe Bryan can pester someone over there and see what's up.
