That's what I wanted to know lol, its no biggie I got my withdrawal of £80 and just waiting for the other £20 to go into my payment method and I can happily close the account.

I had this today too. Their regular computer checks flagged my account. They cant disclose the checks carried out, the information produced or the first letter of the word describing my 'offence'. bonus use is restricted but deposits are not. Computer says no until further notice. No idea when it may happen and was oblivious to anything positive I can do to speed it up. Last promo claim was Sept 18, deposited 200+ since with no withdrawals. Make me feel like I'm being investigated for suspicious behaviour/activity That's serious but I'm unaware of

to be frank, although it pisses just about anyone off to be bonus banned without knowing why, the fact is, even the most respected casino doesnt really have any obligation to inform us of the whys. It's entirely up to their discretion. Your best bet, always will be, talk with your wallet.
