Hi All
Can you help resolve this issue?
I once received an email with a link, it was an online casino Napoli, I registered there and paid a deposit of £50 (EUR 56) and I play, first a €2 bet and I start to win that I play higher bets, I won € 41,000 and I withdraw. I am talking to the casino customer support and they said I played irregularly over 30% higher as my deposits that they canceled my withdrawal.
This casino is registered in Curaçao, I emailed to a few layers there but haven’t got any replay yet. I also emailed to gambling control in Curaçao but as well haven’t got replay yet.

I have all screenshots from conversation with customer service casino.

Thank you for all advices.

Alas this is one of the worst sites anyone can pick, a scam and rogue clipjoint.

I have moved your thread to the correct 1668/JAZ forum where these unfortunate cases are collected.

Can you tell us how you found this particular casino?

Did you bet over 15€ a spin?
Its a shitty term, but even deposit with no bonus, you can bet max 30:% of what you put in.
Also a very bad casino overall. Feels bad on your behalf tho

Hi All

I put £50 deposit (€56) I have bonus of €200 total was €256, I play €2, €4, €6, €9, €15, €22 up to €60 in end but even betting €60 it’s still less as 30% from €256?
can’t do anything with this just now?
They cancelled my withdrawal and all playing history, returned to account €56 deposit, when I contact customer service they said they can do whatever they want and disconnected my chats.

Just find online as new casino 2019 they showing allowed to players from UK that I haven’t expected any issue?

For this kind of money, wouldn't it be best to try to hire a lawyer on contingency in Cyprus? Thepogg says that their 30% max bet is against EU consumer protection practices.

Thanks

Yes, where did you find them online, direct to their site or via an affiliate (promotional) site?

Don't know what it shows at your end but for me it says 20% of deposit as max bet. Since you deposited EUR56 that would mean EUR10.12 as maximum bet.

Even if it was not a crap casino there are very few casinos that would let you play 60euro spins while playing with bonus money.

But anyway as Harry states you can not bet more than 20% of your deposit amount and you bet way over. The 200 euro bonus money is not your deposit.

Just about every casino going would have voided your winnings.

Terms or no terms - this 'casino' would never have paid 41k to this guy as long as they've holes in their arses. Trust me.

Firstly they use the terms.
Secondly if no term was breached they'll resort to the old one of "We cannot pay out wins in excess of 5x the player's lifetime deposits"
Thirdly, failing that, a sudden requirement for complex KYC which the player couldn't satisfy would appear.
Fourthly, they'll resort to arbitrary account closure and become non-communicative.

I always get very sad when I read such complaints...

The good thing here is that you have lost only £50.

Take it as a lesson and in the future, never register to any of online casinos without studying information about

their site.

For information, you can always visit Casinomeister which is a great source of info with very

experienced members in this forum here.

Good luck to you!

Hi
Thanks for all posts.
Be honest you go to casino with £50 and you start playing what T&C is you can’t betting over 30% your deposit? Did you fine T&C like this in UK casino online? No you put deposit, you get bonus only what you need to get enough wagering to do withdrawal no any other T&C it’s just fraud nothing else.

Quite majority of casinos have maximum bet rule when you play with bonus money, £5 quite often (until your wagering is completed).

This particular place have loads of shitty T&Cs and if these are not enough, they make more or just start to ignore you

I don’t know you remember casino Metro? They paid me in withdrawal £37k in 3 days + £12k some bonus playing two same games (cats & davinci diamonds) and I don’t think they have a holes in their arses.

I think you're a bit confused here - those are IGT slots and you will NOT find them at 1668/JAZ sites (which I am referring to here). Ask @trancemonkey - if you were playing IGT games it would have been at a decent casino who would pay you anyway.

I don't think English is your first language so sorry for the metaphoric terminology - what I am saying is that you would NOT under any circumstances ever be paid a 41k w/d by a rogue casino from the same group as Napoli, where you are having the issue - whether you broke the wagering terms or not.

Yes, as you say a decent and properly-licensed casino would pay you 37k + 12k as you indeed were. But this particular site Napoli would rip you off anyway.

It’s nothing what can do with this? I see many people was ripped off from casinos under licence 1668/JAZ and they still legally prosper online, nobody care, nobody do anything, and casino make money!

The problem lies with unscrupulous marketers. Most of the advertisers are aware that the casinos use either stolen software, or have in the past. These casinos cheat - plain and simple. These advertisers and affiliates are the bane of the industry, and I would guess could be held liable in the future for promoting rogue outfits.

The problem also lies with players who are apathetic about what they do with their money. They will read reviews at Tripadvisor on their trip to Majorca - but won't bother to read PROPER reviews on casinos.

Not being judgemental here, and not directed to the OP - but a general statement - but a fool and his money are soon parted.

As for the license 1668/JAZ - you might as well be licensed by a houseplant. It's meaningless.

And that has been made clear time and time again. For example:

@Andrew K : To say "nobody care, nobody do anything" is untrue and unfair. No doubt it is a terrible problem and something that should have been cleaned up a long time ago but the reality is that the Dutch government has allowed it to happen and so it happens.

There was even a Dutch MP who fought for years to get his government to do something, even tried to take them to court. That may be an ongoing thing. Needless to say he hasn't made much progress.

The point being that if an elected representative of the Dutch government can't fix the problem then other people don't stand much of a chance. The best we can do is inform and publicize the abusive s**t they get up to, which we regularly do.

Also, I see you have a PAB in with us on this issue. Please see your PAB Ticket ASAP.

Hi all,

I have too recently used Napoli Casino.

At first I wasn’t allowed to make a withdrawal due to the high wagering balance of around €8000.

However I managed to clear the wager balance.

I currently have a pending withdrawal of €2000. I have supplied the company with the correct documents: ID, proof of address and bank card. And I have made a phone verification.

However after reading the terrible reviews on this casino I fear I will not be paid out.

Has anyone been paid out by this company before? Any support is much appreciated. Thank you.
