Got the email this morning with instruction to reply to it to get the "special" $25 additional match play bonus per Casinomeister.

The "reply to" address has been bouncing all day.

Anyone have any other luck or information?

Read Spin Palace's bonus rules carefully: you can't cash out the bonus unless you make a profit. This type of bonus restriction is becoming more common.
Does anyone know the value of these bonuses? Are they the same as "sticky" bonuses (you can't cash them out; you can only cash out winnings based on them)? I know sticky ones are worth 50% of the stated value.
