Resolved Mega casino, problems getting paid, not responsive

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help as so far I had no luck with getting to the mega casino. My withdrawal is pending and no one is replying to my emails. Live chat is robotic waste of time. Account was verified 4 months ago and I have emails to prove it.
Any reps around who can push it forward or suggest alternative options?

Mega Casino is a Skill-on-net site. So maybe the @EGO rep can help.

Btw, the list of reps is a bit of a mess. Reps are not easy to find.
some are listed by the name of the rep followed by the name of the casino
some are listed by the name of the casino followed by the name of the rep
some are listed by the affiliate's group name
some are listed by the company name

So you often need to read through every entry on the list until you find what you might be looking for

Yeah, quite right, that was my mistake. There's a new rep for the Prime group, looking into completing the verification process now.

FTR the OP did file a PAB and by that time I had remembered the SkillOnNet thing, @EGO got it sorted straight away.

That was the first person I asked but he said he's not doing megacasino. He helped me before with other things.

FWIW the layer did confirm that same day that payment was received and the issue resolved.
