My online slots videos (plus UK AWPs)

Congratulations on reaching the 100 subscribers milestone! I enjoyed the re-upload - I remembered the monster Bruce Lee hit from the last time so it was good to see it again. Looking forward to the next one, especially since a particularly nasty run over the weekend means I won't be slotting again any time soon! :(

Install Hearthstone and have a go!

There's quite a lot in there that appeals to a gambler's instincts IMO..... (Totally free to play as well, I've spent £1.99 on it for two packs of cards in god knows how many tens of hours of play, and even then that was just to get a legendary card for spending money during the beta, otherwise I wouldn't have even spent that.)

What has your sucky weekend's slotting consisted of?

I might check it out, although if it requires anything more powerful than a circa 1990 Casio watch to run then I'm shit outta luck. I can't even play NetEnt slots on "High" graphics quality!

What has your sucky weekend's slotting consisted of?

Nothing dramatic tbh, just the culmination of a fairly bad run of luck over the last few weeks. I ended up in a B&M casino for the first time in years over the weekend and lost a moderate sum, but the real sting was the following night when I decided to take a 100% match-up at 24 Hour Casino. First of all the cash I transferred to my gambling account never turned up for some strange reason and was lost in cyberspace for an hour. Then I foolishly assumed that the SUB would be automatically credited as it is in most casinos of this ilk, but I actually had to enter a promo code. What with me having already deposited and it being around midnight (so no live chat rep, so much for 24 hour casino!) I just played off my balance, annoyed. The whole balance disappeared without even a bonus feature (on minimum bet); cue four re-deposits of increasing sums, played at higher stakes.

Overall not an earth-shattering loss, but like I said, it's just the cherry on top of a fucking big loss pie that's been baking for the last few weeks.

" ...small token of my Bollocks..."

Consistently very entertaining videos there, Chopley. Hopefully you'll re-upload the Boss Media one at some point. I missed that one the first time around. Having played that software a bit back in the day I can only imagine the (harsh, I suspect) treatment it got from you in your video.

I used to play World of Warcraft, played it for 6 years solid and quit about 1 year ago as I could not get the time anymore I wanted to spend on it..I was in a hardcore raiding guild and had the second best geared Paladin on my server...
Finally sold my account and fetched 600 Euro's for it which was a laugh concidering all the time and money I spent on that game... :D
Still miss it sometimes. :-)

And playing Hearthstone too...Only started 2 ago ago though...
Very nice and addictive game,as usual from Blizzard... :)

Another one from the archives this week I'm afraid, although I am intending to do a bit of slotting this weekend (not sure where or what yet) so there should be a new video for next week.

In the meantime here's a quad-slot play session from Redbet in November 2012 when the latest NetEnt release was Wild Rockets, and Andy was their man on the inside!

I really want to see a video where you bet higher =) Chase the big one. Preferrably a game like DOA that you hate...that would make for an awesome commentary track.

Pls do that =)

Not going to happen I'm afraid. I don't like to bet big and I'm certainly not getting involved with DOA after putting a huge number of spins through it in free play mode using CheatEngine and never once getting a line of wilds in free spins. (IIRC I did 175K spins or something equally ridiculous, and dunover's results were scary too.)

The only time I've bet big consistently in recent times is on the Tropica 1777% bonus where I did about £120K of wagering on The Back Nine at £7.50 per spin.

Feel free to make your own video betting big on DOA though, and let us know how it pans out ;)

Thanks, something to look forward to this evening. P.S. Don't bother with DoA - as we both proved, it's dangerous and utterly tedious and you may as well make a video of moss growing for that same entertainment value....:(

When I heard about your suicidal mission at the beginning of the video I was fully expecting you to bust out so getting out of there with a small profit is pretty good. I don't know why but I always like it when you spend a long time talking about how much a slot sucks and how you dislike it and then it drops a big win on your lap. :D

I've had reasonable success with Big Bang TBH, I got some decent wins out of it (200x-400x range). That one is definitely on the higher end of the "Netent variance" though so you have to keep your bets low.

Twin Spin, on the other hand, has has been kicking my ass pretty hard lately. It's still one of my favorite online slot though, it's just so damn fun to play.

Other than that, entertaining video as always. :)

My Lord! Even you couldn't make those Netbent new releases sound interesting! That Vile Torture is dreadful, absolutely dreadful. Big Bang - well I don't know how you stuck with that, I was willing you to defect to TFTUT as you said you intended to. Wanky Wobbits totally anonymous. Twit Spin just drones in the background. I think the lack of bonus rounds on the games limits the spectacle.
Actually, the standard of your alcoholic beverage was pretty much on par with the games - thin, tinny, unrewarding and heading for the recycling bin.
The video was technically the best one so far, smooth and well edited. Thanks for the hour!

Do RTG :D:D:D:D:D:D:D Now that would be a major challenge about a months worth I say. LOL

I have been trying to do it for the last 6 months and can never get to the end but I will dam it !!!!!!

I too have been failing in my RTG challange. I only deposit about once a month now and I haven't been able to cashout on any of my deposits in at least a couple of years. The only time I seem to get ahead is on the free chips and over the last two years I think I cashed out 3 times on those. I would much rather cash out on a deposit though. I am starting to feel that cashing out at RTG is an impossible goal:axeman2:

Maybe one day....

Chopley vs The Common Cold feat Ice Queen Seduction Attempts

Was feeling rough as fuck for this session thanks to a terrible bout of man flu (also known as the common cold).

As such just decided to play off my VIP match offers on familiar games and software, wasn't in the mood for anything more challenging!

My goal was to get the 100 free spins at 10x pay bonus round, not exactly a straightforward objective....

Casinomeister thread referenced in the commentary is here - https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/new-slot-artic-treasure-adventure-stay-cool.53125/

Great video as always Chopley. The igloo bonus is a great idea:D I hope you are feeling better now.

"Cuts to Steven Seagal films in the 1990's" ?!?!

That's TOO SPECIFIC.

Who got that documentary green lighted?!???

What's next? Things that Angela Lansbury bought in the 70's? Why Bruce Willis's Car Failed Its MOT?

Great video - good work on battling through the Man Flu.. :notworthy

It's a really interesting series IMO, especially since I've followed BBFC censorship pretty closely over the years (at the start of the DVD era I imported shitloads of DVDs from the USA because so many were cut in the UK, even getting myself a region-free DVD player when it was quite an expensive endeavour to do so!).

The current situation is films getting cut to 'fit' a certificate, rather than the MPAA (USA) or the BBFC (UK) demanding the cuts be made. (The BBFC have had a policy for a decade or more now where they only cut at 18 if the content would breach the law, but in the 90s in the Ferman era they were very censorial and all sorts of routine action/thriller films got cut for violence. These days the MPAA are probably the prissier of the two bodies, especially when it comes to sexual content.)

For example World War Z (the recent Brad Pitt zombie film) was absolutely hacked to shreds to get its PG-13 rating in the States (an uncut 'R' was available) just to increase its commercial appeal. The Unrated cut is like a completely different film.

I really hate watching cut films so always track down the uncut/Unrated/uprated version where possible when watching a film.

Well, thanks for making the world's most boring slot interesting! It was almost like watching Arsenal. 454x stake is shocking for 100x10x spins. If you overlaid BDBA stats and bonus rounds over these figures they wouldn't be too dissimilar. It beggars belief that Diane played this for $15 a spin. She got very lucky, unless dramatic changes of stake can bring your up-curve forward on random slots.......:)

So you were watching that because you have an interest in censorship, and not Steven Seagal?

Also, you seem to be much luckier than me on the online slots! You do routinely reach the targets you set yourself and rarely seem to sustain much damage financially? Are you up overall from online slots? What's your secret?!

Pretty much yeah, I think the last Seagal film I was keen to watch was probably Under Siege 2 :D

There's a whole series of those Cutting Edge documentaries, if you keep an eye on the Melonfarmers site there's always a link off to the new ones from there.

<<<< NSFW as they deal with all sorts of censorship including porn.

For example here's one of the 'quick cuts' videos for The Matrix from back in the days when the BBFC wouldn't allow any 'imitable violence' in anything lower than a Cert 18, so all the headbutts had to be cut out of the fight scenes for a 15.

Down overall because I got off to a horrendous start back in 2007 before I understood anything about variance, matching your stakes to your bankroll, the effect of progressives on RTP, how bonuses and WRs work etc etc. (My absolute nadir was binning £1000 in a single evening at 32Red playing £3 spins on a high variance single-liner before I even knew what variance was. That one hurt.)

Since that awful start I've really tried to educate myself and play smart, and my results for the last couple of years are into positive territory by about two grand. (My results for the AWPs in the pubs in the same timeframe are much better than that.)

I don't worry too much about winning huge amounts of cash, I'm happy to break even or walk away with a smallish profit, or even just minimise my losses as happened with my last session on the channel, I generally approach these things as an intellectual exercise more than anything else, which is why beating the 1777% bonus at Tropica remains one of my favourite online wins in some seven years of playing online.

Anyone can spin and get lucky, talking on a 65xD+B WR with a proper plan and pulling it off is far more satisfying :)

On the same slot? I've had similar horror stories but you sure have a lot more persistence than I do. I find it interesting to see the difference between people's slotting habits (even though it doesn't change anything at the end).

I think that people that are used to AWP's tend to stick with the slots until they pay something then they quickly change for another one. On the other hand, most (?) players that aren't used to compensated games will stick with "hot" slots and avoid the "cold" ones. Complete opposite behaviour.

Sorry chaps channel has had to go again, and that'll be it for good this time.

Really sucks to hear Chopley. I as all the others really enjoyed your videos. I'm sure you have your reasons though, and wish you good luck with whatever they may be.

And I must add, with your skills making even the most boring slot somewhat exciting, you could review just about anything :).

Very sad to hear this Choppers :( I didn't get to watch that many of your vids, but the ones I did watch (apart from that one where BDBA destroyed you
after a great Avalon II session) always made me smile, laugh, and perhaps most importantly, root for you to win. The Bruce Lee one was my favourite. I never ever thought a vid would make me yearn for something I never even knew existed in the first place (Jackpot Party).

Maybe one day I will engage my brains, take a leaf out of your book and "slot with a plan". And then actually push the withdrawal button at the right time instead of the wrong time. Or worse still, not at all.

Good luck in your future slotting mate. May the reel force be with you :)

You inconsiderate f**k!

So, what, I actually have to do SOME WORK today instead of thoroughly enjoying your latest slotting adventure!???

Christ almighty. Next you'll be making me talk to the family.

Sorry to hear you're hanging up your camera mate - I'm sure there's a good reason.

Let us know immediately that you make a return!

Again? I'm mystified and saddened. Sounds like you removed it unwillingly, presumably same reason as before? Copyright? YouTube themselves? Who knows. You could have done well out of it if feedback here was anything to go by. Shame, but thanks for the entertainment while it lasted.
