My online slots videos (plus UK AWPs)

*spoiler*

I'm halfway through the latest video and OMG that progressive thing is friggin' hilarious. Waited 1 min to see the result while there's a big win in the background that he can't see and when the progressive spin finally happens it won't even show the result :D

Remind me NEVER to play that awful slot you started on, Alice. No wonder you were swearing. It's almost on par with TFTUT.
There you were on Ruby Slippers, begging for Glinda, I half expected the live chat to offer you 'l*cky d*st'.
The 'jackpot' feature is a complete fucking joke. Almost like your PC has froze.
You never played IGT - surprising as slots like Cleopatra you can play for ever on £1 spins with a balance of 500 like you had.

Well done one 450 profit, thanks for the video.
Very methodical and calculated, but that's how we win though!

I had to do some seriously heavy editing on this one to bring it in at under two hours (I got a bit carried away with my new 32GB loaded camcorder and ended up with over three hours of footage :)), so there's some disjointedness and a couple of 'lost threads' in there (where I start talking about something and then it just seems to be forgotten), a couple of sections I just had to lose completely - although all the slots I played were featured so there's nothing missing in that regard.

The Alice section for example was originally longer, with a lot more chat about the nature of the slot and how you have to ride out shit bonus rounds for the good ones that will come along and suchlike, and more explanation in general about how the slot rolls. (My annoyance with it was genuine though, that Super Mad Respins drives me nuts :D) What was left made the slot look a bit rubbish when TBH it's one of my favourite WMS slots!

Also of course my 'begging for Glinda' was 100% tongue in cheek, but again, it was part of a running theme throughout the video, explaining its Jackpot Party back-story and what have you - again this was mostly lost.

The thing is when I start filming I have no idea how long the session will last, for a while there it was looking like a bust-out was entirely possible before I'd done even 10% of the wagering, so I put a lot more 'into' the early stages than turned out to be necessary, so when I assembled it all together some seriously ruthless hacking at the footage was required. (And even then I had to do a second pass of chopping to get it under two hours.)

Overall I'm pretty happy with how it came together although I think the Bruce Lee section still sags a bit.

Quite a few people are saying the video is blocked for them though, for that there's:

But I've just quickly cobbled together a non-trance version (using some old music I had from the 90s that I'd be amazed if YouTube recognised) so I'll upload that as an alternative version overnight Sunday-Monday. (It takes about three hours to render it out again, because the version of Sony Vegas Movie Studio I have deliberately disables GPU acceleration and you have to pay a fortune for the version that features it, and then it's about 16 hours to upload it again and have it be processed, although this will be much improved when the VDSL gets installed.)

Ultimately it was a very methodical session, I know some folks would have increased bets and/or stuck to high variance slots as it went on, but for me I was 100% focused on getting into a position where I thought Super Jackpot Party could grind it out for me, and by fuck that slot gets the job done in its 96% RTP incarnation. (It's pretty much a modern Netent slot, basically, although that said it managed more wins of around 100x stake and even 140x stake, which you wouldn't expect to see on a Netent slot in 5000 spins!)

It all worked out in the end though, I got my £500 out of the ATM the next day with my NET+ card, and still have a chunk left in there for another session somewhere else :)

Technically speaking it was your best video yet IMO (sound and image were both great). You're getting pretty good at this!

In the end it was a pretty nice session with a good profit. The slower spins and various glitches have to be expected from smaller, less known casinos.

I did finally get a response to my support ticket about the AMAZINGLY BROKEN PROGRESSIVE ROUND - pretty disappointing standard response I'm afraid.

Rather than submit a screenshot of the problem to them, perhaps I'll just send them a link to the video instead :D

the best bit was when the alices came in and you were like f******g this and f*****g this hahahaaaa and them progressives OMG what a joke :0

When I expect a reply saying "yes, we've got a serious issue here and we're working hard to fix it" but instead I get "please clear your cookies" it makes me want to play elsewhere. According to that reply, they weren't even aware that they have an onging problem with their main feature (how is that even possible?).

Send them the video.

after doing my wagering on another site i gave this a punt too with £100, played similar games but a little more gungho with the stakes but nothing outrageous, got my best wins on that egpytian game on £1 spins, 3 scatter trigger of x120 and 4 spins later a 4 scatter trigger for £95

got up to £700 and thought id try super jackpot party which at £1 spins was horrible to me, down to £500 lost the faith and swapped to ruby slippers and got back to £600 then tried again and dropped fairly rapidly to £400, so went to black night and went gungho and didnt get anywhere all the way down to £90 before a big bonus round got me back to £390 which is where im at with 71% wagering completed.

not sure whether im gonna grind it out or go for making the bankroll higher/busting out :p

Enjoyed the video as always Chops. I imagine it must take a fair amount of time between filming, editing and uploading, not to mention risking your own cash for our entertainment (although I guess you'd be playing anyway), so thank you for the entertainment and keep up the good work!

Looking forward to the next one!

finished wagering with a measly £35 pound left, that was from £200 with 10% to go - on super jackpot party (this low variance slot ate my bank roll more than any other game :D), i think i practically had the most awful pick rounds in succession on it.

Rather than bother withdrawing £35 i went to bruce lee and on the 3rd spin hit a bonus round got me back over £100 so called it a day :p paid to neteller super quick too.

Awesome video sofar Chopley,I really enjoy it as I am a big fan of WMS slots.
The progressive trigger feature seems a joke indeed LOL,they better fix that soon.

About the autospin feature, yeah I think you can only click it and it will automaticly set it to 50 spins.
I searched at different casino's with WMS slots if this could be altered but I have never been able to alter the amount of auto spins.

And maybe weird? But I love Alice,I had a few very nice hits on that odd WMS slot.

Busy with a project of my own, will come back about this soon.

Keep the vids coming,I sincerely enjoy them!

Mark. :)

Hi Chopley, great video. Watching your videos is better than telly. Your commentary on Zeus I especially loved. I love that game but it is soo frustrating at times.:(

I have one question though; when you were explaining the wagering how did the maths go again on a 96% RTP slots? Bankroll by .04 percent?

Thanks:)

Just a straight reupload of the Chopley vs Starspins video but with the trance replaced with music that the sinister YouTube Police haven't identified.

So if you were getting blocked in your country or no sound or not playable at all on mobile devices on the last video, this should fix that.

PLEASE NOTE - Other than the music change this is exactly the same video again.

Basically you need to divide your starting balance by house edge (in this case 4%) and compare it to the total WR.

Based on £1 per spin:

Example - at the start Chopley had 300 of which 200 was bonus with a 40x WR. So, he needed to wager 8,000 pounds to redeem it and make a withdrawal. The slots are 96% so he would expect to lose 0.04 (4p per pound) each spin.

300/0.04 = 7500 therefore he would expect to bust out 500 spins short of his 8000 WR. Therefore it was an EV- bonus, i.e. on each occasion the maths say you should lose.

Lets say he's played 2 hours and now has met 25% of the WR and has increased his balance to 450 from 300.
So, he recalculates like this: 450/0.04 = 11250 and he has 6,000 WR left. So, he should meet it with 5250 x 0.04 = 210 pounds left in his balance. He is now in EV+ territory and odds favour a cash out.

He checks this and methodically chooses an ultra-low variance game which sticks very much to the 4% house edge. This goes to plan and he then cashes out his 100 deposit plus 110 cash profit from this point.:)

Yep that's about the size of it dunover although it was actually a £466 profit :) (A £566 withdrawal from a £100 deposit.)

Yes, I was merely providing an example of how you based your strategy at any given point. :)

Thanks Dunnover:notworthy Now I can apply this calculation method on my next session and future sessions.:)

Thanks for the comment but please do be aware I absolutely can't promise one new video per week!

It'll very much come down to free time and also cash, if I take a couple of kickings in a row for example I'll most likely take a break for a week or two.

That said, I do have all the videos from the original channel to work through, and I'll probably upload one of those in the weeks where I don't have a new one to upload.

I understand the time / money thing but its so entertaining, i almost feel like ive had a gambling fix lol and well done for the win. Im sure you dont need telling but only spend what you can afford to lose :)

Another amazing video loved it was affraid 2hrs was too long but dident skip at all enjoyed it 100%, cant wait for your next one :D
