My Last Two Correspondences With Rushmore

Heather showed up here about 6 weeks ago. Has anyone been paid in all that time?

What was the point in her coming in the first place?
 
I popped in to read another forum and in the introduction and Rushmore help thread there's at least one player (possibly a couple) who were complaining of *delayed payments from current sessions - the response from Heather/Rushmore was:

I know that our withdrawal team is rather swamped getting caught up right now. I'm very sorry for the delay in payment. Rest assured you will receive your withdrawal. We are behind at the moment but everyone will get paid!

So that was on April 30th. Heather joined here April 17th. Unfortunately that's the same kind of responses that players were getting when I stopped depositing there several years ago.

* I don't know if those people were paid or not, nobody said after that whether they had or hadn't and since I'm not a member there I couldn't ask.

This is nonsense. You placed the funds back into David's account knowing fully well that your job was to send his money to him. As the money is not in his hands he is being held ransom to your outfit and had no choice than singing your praises. As for contacting Bryan your statement is rubbish as you should take the initiative of contacting him. You sound like it should be the other way round.

The fact that this chap has been made to wait months and jump through hoops to get what a normal ethical reputable casino would have completed in 3-5 days, and he would have received in 10-14 is shocking.
Then the 'rep' comes on here and glowingly reports that he has had it reimbursed to his CASINO account as if that is an achievement. Just shows how out of touch and devoid of all customer empathy some casinos are.
It is obvious that this place can't or won't pay, and is incredibly slow in doing so when it does. Like ANY casino recalcitrant when it comes to cashouts, it should blacklisted and avoided. I rarely have read such a plethora of contradictions, lies and avoidance as this.

There by the grace of God go I, who by doing homework BEFORE playing at any site has thus far avoided being in OP's predicament, but really hope he gets past the excruciating w/d process this time around.

As he requested? I'm pretty sure David's request was to receive his money not have it disappear for 6 months and then have it reappear back in his account. That would be a pretty silly request. And you call this situation "resolved?"

If I wait for hours for a meal and the waitress finally informs me the meal was sent back to the kitchen but I'm welcome to reorder - that situation is not resolved.

If I put my car in the shop and hours later the mechanic tells me he couldn't find a fuel pump that fits so he stuck the broken one back in my car - that situation is not resolved.

If I wait months for a withdrawal to be processed and then find out the money is sitting back in my casino account - that situation isn't resolved.

The reality is that in all of these situations I would have spent a great deal of time waiting for someone else to do their jobs and every second that would have been a complete waste of time. Absolutely nothing has been accomplished.

When I can eat my food the situation is resolved. When I can drive my car the situation is resolved and when David can spend his money the situation is resolved.

David has been pretty quite since then. I hope he has submitted a new withdrawal and not wagered that money back. If he has the casino done exactly what they intended to do. They avoided making this payment.

You sound a whole lot more sure that he's actually going to receive this money than I am. David will either start playing with this money again and lose it or this "situation" will linger on for many more months until he gives up and Rushmore disappears back into the woodwork.

I hope I'm wrong but from where I sit that seems to be a pretty good prediction.
 
I just received a call from Rushmore offering me a 300% bonus on a $150 deposit.

I said that I won't deposit until everyone else is paid, including my friend David.

Judging from the way they cant even pay David you can save the deposit for yourself as they will be bankrupt after having paid one-third of the players they owe and I would think its already an understatement.

I don't understand the purpose of reimbursing the account. What's the point in playing more when you can't even get what you already won?

If this is the case then this place should never be given the chance to get out of the pit. To hold someones money "hostage" and to play this stupid game is unethical. For cryin' out loud, they have stooped to a new low by coming up with the line, "The check was already cashed/deposited." Which I think is really bull shit, because no proof of the checks being cashed/deposited has been produced after numerous times of being asked.

Now in the "Introduce Yourself" thread David stated this:

Now if you read those posts, his first post stated that he was told the check had not been cashed/deposited. The second post he stated that Both checks were cashed/deposited.

What is going on with the second check? What is the status of that one? If I am not mistaken, one check was from Rushmore and the other was from Cherry Red. It seems odd that only one check is being discussed now.

Now what really gets me, is if players lie to the casinos, their accounts are closed and if they have won any money, it is confiscated and
the player can even go into a data base as being a fraud. But what the hell can we do to the casino for lying to many players? Yeah they can go in to rogue pit, but that is it. Nothing can be done to them. This is a perfect example how these casinos can make gaming a 1 way street.

I am not using any 'smilier faces' because to quite honest, this whole situation just make me sick to my stomach. So YAY, they have decided to give David back his original withdrawal, and put it back into his gaming account. David is all to excited about this and "Hopes they get out of the pit". So there is a very good chance that David will play this money back, he might not. But lets say he doesn't play it back, and now has to start the withdrawal process all over again. Yippieeeeeeeeeeeeeee, now this is considered a new withdrawal and could possibly take another 6 months to be processed.:rolleyes:

How this casino can survive this long is truly amazing, and how this group tries to 'smooth' things over just gets funnier and funnier. I do feel sorry for their players who are not members at any forum, because I have a hunch that Rushmore is not doing anything for these people. I could be wrong, but if it wasn't for this forum and others, I don't think members would have been paid either. Rushmore is doing some serious damage control, albeit to late, and in my eyes are doing more damage to themselves.

She came here acting as if everything was copacetic with Rushmore; it was a ruse. They have been floundering for the past year or two and are grasping at any piece of flotsam to stay afloat.

Unfortunately it seems that you have been fobbed off a by a rep who does not care about you or how you feel about what has happened. I would file a formal complaint however im sure casinomeister will make the casino OP aware of this issue and it will be dealt with correctly So i wish you Good Luck and i shall Not be using Rushmore. The community helps a guy, he gets paid and then forgets he has his obligations ie telling others what finally happened. In fact, after what he went through, he should at least have served a warning to others after he got paid. Maybe he's still patronising Rushmore and doesnt dare to offend them for fear of not getting paid if he wins. Some people are soo selfish. They dont deserve any help if they get into any difficulties in future.
 
Rushmore mess

I just posted a new thread about Rushmore, I am Sockmonkey. I just now figured out how to Reply to a Thread. I have gone through 3 months of hell with Rushmore. Have most of the people reading and replying to this thread ever been paid their winnings ? I am not sure what to do next, other than send them nasty emails day after day after day. Suggestions ? The $1750 I won sure would come in handy right about now ! (orig. won 3rd place in the free roll tournament they hold every weekend. I won on April 15, 2012....played a bit, dropped it down to $800 and then played a bit more and got it up to $1785, subtracted the $35 wire fee and requested the $1750 via wire transfer)

After much complaining on this forum, Rushmore said they will put my money back into my Rushmore Account. Rushmore wrote me an email asking me to refrain from making any more posts. So I disappeared because I didn't want them to confiscate my funds. After playing periodically, 2 weeks ago I requested a wire transfer of all of my funds. Today, 10/13/2012, I received a letter from Bank of America informing me that a wire transfer has just been deposited into my bank account.

I apologize to everyone for disappearing, but Rushmore asked me not to post anymore and I was afraid Rushmore would confiscate my funds if I did. Thanks to everyone for your support and God Bless casinomeister!

I took several computer classes and spent 3-months devising a computer program to be Craps. It didn't work. So now I gave up gambling and won't be going back, and even if I did it wouldn't be with Rushmore. I'm now into FOREX Trading.

I thought so too as this is their usual method of silencing disgruntled players. I cant fault you for that am glad you finally got paid.

Rushmore is a rogue of the highest order and I firmly believe they might not even see out the year 2012. Other casinos have financial problems -that's a fact of life but as with Buzzluck you can bow out with your head held high.

Just to clarify, that's the first Buzzluck, an RTG casino that did NOT take US players. Not be be confused with the current Buzzluck casino that uses NuWorks and is part of the ClubWorld Group, which the prior Buzzluck was not.

I too am glad the player finally got paid, and very glad he came back and told us about them muzzling him by holding his rightful winnings hostage.

Sorry I must have missed something. You know how long it takes to get paid . Indeed there is no real guarantee you even WILL be paid ! They are double rogued and yet you keep going back and playing and putting yourself through torture to get a withdrawal. :confused:

Really? Your saying using one of the few tools we have as players to encourage casinos to pay players is a negative action I am taking? Should I stay mute and not pursue what I rightfully won? Also, before you make unsubstantiated claims, take a look at my activity as I am active in several threads. I dont see what your negativity is contributing to this discussion.

Sorry what is it you hope people here will do - This site has gone to great pains to point out to you and all of us that Rushmore are ROGUE !!
Even going as far as displaying it in a separate ROGUE banner !

Now I can understand people who deposited there ages ago perhaps unknowingly wanting to pursue their winnings and maybe some people would have some sympathy with them. However you have struggled and struggled to get paid from them previously and yet you are now referring to withdrawals made in January and February this year and showing concern that you have not been paid yet ! Why are you surprised? Why would you even go there?

I doubt you are going to get a stream of sympathetic people making soothing noises to be honest.

You keep going back for more punishment - I have no idea why.
