Mr vegas / videoslots withdrawal problem

So I had a small withdrawl of £450 (not that I’ve had it) from Mr vegas and now my account is deactivated.
I’ve spoke to live chat and email chat all saying the same thing.
My account is having security checks.
The thing is all my documents are fine.
All varieties when the casino first opened.
Now I’ve requested a manual withdrawl and still no sign of that.
It’s so infuriating why they can’t say what’s actually going on.
Also as a uk player why are they allowed to block withdrawal yet I can’t cancel one?

I was just sure that my funds couldn’t be held for any reason and they told me today my withdrawal is waiting because of security checks and that’s why my account is deactivated.
I’ve spoken to someone every day via live chat in the last 11 days and get told the same thing every time that I’m getting a random security check and my manual withdrawal is getting processed. Today however I was told my withdrawal hasn’t been done because of the security checks

Is this right though? In the UK, Videoslots and MrVegas are on the same licence. Couldn’t you give your colleagues on the opposite desk a nudge?

I had same problem when I open mr vegas account, they did pay me after 2 weeks, they are very slow and no much help from live chat, they will ignore you what you saying and replay with script copy past @Team.Videoslots maybe different casino name, but you guys using same licence and same payment system the same employers, when I deposit on Mr vegas they bill me for videoslot not for Mr vegas. Mr vegas run under same account as videoslot,

I assume they are the same for both company’s as the staff are the same on live chat.

I don’t think I’ve deposited £1000 in total at mr vegas so this seems strange.

Logging in, opening a chest (if it works the first time and actually loads the bloody chest screen), to come back out, open the game, watch as the game loads but not before telling you you've got a chest to open (that you've already opened) and then telling you there's an error when u click ok (duhh), to finally then get into the game and for it to just reload the game again if you accept the free spin that you accepted a few mins ago, reloading in order to bring up the same screen (free spins mode or some shit i guess, i dunno).
All to finally be able to play that free 0.05p on some absolute shitter of a game that has probably never receieved any real money balance put through it by any player in its entire useless existance.

PS isn't a bad casino - it is a poorly designed one tho IMO and glitchy as F - you said about the chests? Sometimes it pops up error and you need to refresh 5 times before you see what you won....very, very glitchy .

Same group as Sky but more generous - got quite a few free fivers with low wagering for playing but then levelling up and getting 5 FS on some shitty Cashzuma game doesn't invoke moments of joy. Overall, the rewards aren't bad - they're just not overly great.
