mr superplay problem - someone please help me

you'll just have to put this down to experience I'm afraid.

I don't play that much these days but when I do I never take a bonus as it's not worth the trouble.

There are some casinos - e.g. Slotsmillion - where the system does not let you play over the max allowed bet. It's not in the interest of casinos to do this though which is why not many do it.

Be careful with Bonuses!
It is  crucial  that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions of any bonus that you accept. Most of the complaints that come through our arbitration service are bonus related; it would be safe to say that there are tens of thousands of players who have never complained because they realized after the fact that they did not understand or had never read the terms. Nothing in a casino is free – so whenever you see “free” being used, there are stipulations. It is important for you to understand that.

Please check out our Bonus Section that lists the offers given by our Accredited Casinos. No deposit bonuses, welcome bonuses (AKA sign up bonuses [SUBs]), exclusive bonuses, reload bonuses, free spin bonuses...all this and more!
thanks to the people that posted in here offering there information and stuff.. helped me get over it.

i kinda new as soon as i read the email it was a dead donkey.
i was just so stressed after reading. thanks.

THE SHOWER WAS GOOD.

won this aswell actually..right after the bonanza hit. View attachment 83283
so i broke the the terms and conditions there aswell.

its because im so used to the normal 5£ max bet rule.. i did check the terms and i seen max bet £5 and then closed it quickly without reading further..
if i had kept reading a few lines more i would have known exactly the situation and the 5% rule..
i had 2 pending withdrawals for 2000£ and 2850£

this was actually won after wagering.. as my balance is 2.5k and i had withdrew 3k just before..

75pence over the wagering limit and 70 dead spins.. on jungle spirit.

Oh I feel so bad for o.p. as I was happy for you when you posted that win But I beg and plead with everyone do NOT play with a bonus and I have said this
for the longest time as you are basically a slave to the casino and stuck if you win and have to clear. Just do straight deposits and if you can't you really should not be playing. ( Yes I am talking from personal experience as well).

I feel for the OP. It's a gut wrenching feeling when stuff like this turns to crap. I've been caught once before. After that experience, decided no more bonuses. Now I play with straight deposits only. Play how I like. Withdraw when I want to. Stress free, apart from losing :p

I was just gonna post this exact same thing.

Why are people still playing with bonuses?

Wagering is almost impossible to make...

And the rules with max bet....ugh....

i made wagering with a 5k withdrawal from a 100£ and a 45£ bonus

What we now know is that unfortunately you breached the bonus terms, and sadly, very sadly indeed, the price you paid was having your your 5K withdraw confiscated. The terms and specific clauses surrounding this breach are ambiguous. And, if the casino is UK licensed, you may have a shot at using that in your defence. Though, it is very long shot imo. It is such a shame that you had to learn this golden bonus rule, by losing such a large some of cash. I really do feel for you, m8.

tbh even if i didnt break the max bet rule.. they probably still would of tried to confiscate the money.
i had a bad feeling about the site when i made the withdrawal. i kinda knew this was going to happen.

This really sucks - and what sucks the most is the treatment of the player. Tossed to the curb for a mistake. This reeks of amateurism on the casino's part. As hard it is to get players in this competitive industry, booting them because they made an error is very short-sighted.

Kudos to casinos like Slotsmillion that have the foresight to block spins that violate these user unfriendly rules.

Don't know them, but you are probably right, they wouldn't pay you anyway.
Stay with the CM accredited casinos, then even if something goes wrong you will be safe.

If you like DB, I have cleared WR with 125.00 bets at one casino, and another time I made a few bets over the max % allowed at another casino with chat saying it is ok and I could cash out! Both casinos CM accredited, but I wont say their names because it was a few years back and terms can change. I mentioned to show the quality of services from a CM accredited casino. :)

will some one delete this thread for me please?
Extremely unlikely - CM only deletes threads in very exceptional circumstances..

I can understand why you don't want to see it again, but even if just one newbie reads it and learns the importance of understanding all the T&Cs of a bonus - it will have served a very useful purpose

i say some stupid stuff on here. and dont particuly want it on the internet.

Don't be too hard on yourself...you'll get lucky again. You'll see.

ive been playing slots online for 2-3 years and this is the best win ive had by a large distance and at a decent stake.

and ive basicly got carried away with the huge balance and been caught out by a dodgy term imo.

if its caught me out it will catch alot more.

i sent an email to there support this morning ..practically begging them to maybe come to some agreement on giving me the money or some of it.. and they ignored my mail and closed about 10 other progressive sites i was signed upto years ago..(i had completely forgot about them)

allthough you could say ive lost or gained nothin.

i literally spent monday skipping around clapping my feet behind me. come tuesday im walking around like ive been shafted up the ass by rodney mack.

if the bonus terms were clear and easy to understand - then fine - if you don't stick to them, you lose.

However, in this case, the bonus terms are seemingly deliberately complicated - as seen on here when many posters, including those running affiliate sites, still mis-understood them. I wonder how many people are caught out by the max 5 bet rule which is not 5 but less than 5. I would probably would have been.

Progressplay casinos are not accredited on here - and I note ThePogg doesn't recommend them - and gives them a 2 out of 10 for bonuses. With so many other better casinos out there, maybe people should think about promoting them unless they come up with a clearer bonus policy.

the terms are roguish and you shouldn't be playing at sites like these...look at the list here on CM....find yourself a good casino that will not treat you this way...or wait until you fall into a trap like this...and and and and....

and if their gonna have terms like that....they should do like slotsmillion or even betat.....betat will increase your wagering if you've surpassed the max bet with bonus...not completely wipe out your winnings...

anyways stop beating yourself up...your luck will come back...it always does...just make sure your playing at some trusted casinos when it does come back.

im just gonna keep hassling them.

i might go to the uk gambling commission about them aswell.

Being blunt here, but I think you are wasting your time. The terms aren't mega clear, but they are there and, as you accept, you did breach them. The problem is, in my view, you went quite far over the max bet, if the bets were £2.25 I would have possibly argued a little harder, but doing £3 bets has literally screwed you I'm afraid :( I can't see you getting anywhere with any of the resolution services, nor with the UKGC tbh :( Up to you if you want to spend time and effort on this but if it were me I would walk away, and probably create a website warning people to stay away from them, won't get you your money but might help others not get caught.

Sorry, I know this isn't what you want to hear, but in my view, its accurate :(

i accept i need to forget this.
but im still gonna hassle them. i have every right to

could small claims be a possibility here?

dont waste your time and theres hassling them, take them to the small claims court, you have every right to....the main point of contention being that important T&C are not displayed clearly...im not suggesting harrasing them but the T&C are confusing and the judge may agree...you may end up getting your deposits at this network refunded...

How? well did you ever in the past go over 5% and break the T&C but lose, and in turn was NOT refunded by progressplay....if thats the case then you have very strong possibility of getting some money
