Bonus dispute

I have been bonus blocked by a network and told not to make more accounts on there and that my eligibility for bonus is no longer accepted. I have no issue with this going forward except for the fact it has resulted in my welcome bonus been affected. Since this decision to block was made after my first deposit where a match bonus and free spins were agreed upon and applied are the casino allowed to forfeit any funds made from the bonus funds and free spins? I made them aware of the fact but they're refusing to budge so I'd like to know if I have any rights in this matter. Please note I'm based in the UK so there are possible added protections on my side.

In law that would be considered unfair if it was applied ex post facto, unless during the process another more important rule was broken like multi-accounting or AML issues were alleged.

But that's in law, in casino-world decisions are often made arbitrarily to the benefit of one side knowing the other side will crawl away, irrespective of fairness and reason.

It comes down to the terms in the end.

I think you've answered the question with this line. It sounds like you've been found to be opening multiple accounts to abuse the offer in which case I'd say that scenario will likely be covered in the terms and they are within their rights not to honour another bonus.

As Mark has already mentioned, it'll likely be covered by the terms and conditions.

You know that it is a network property, so the T&Cs probably explain that relationship. You aren't just bound by the current site T&Cs but also previous sites you signed up to.

Since this isn't your first first deposit bonus, then they may have more options than if it was.

As for rights - it'll depend on where they are based as well. UK-based sites will offer internal complaint procedures as well as ADR, crypto sites are more likely to be talk to the hand.
