My NETeller is empty. It has NEVER been empty since my first cash out years ago. I gamble only with what I win. It's been too long since I've had a good run at slots or VP. I'm tired. I'm frustrated. Like you and a lot of others, I feel as if I've been 'profiled' and put on the 'do not win' list. (I'm not saying this is true, I'm saying how I feel.)

So, I'm taking a break. The only casino that has noticed so far has been Fortune Lounge who gave me a $50 bonus -- which lasted 3 minutes.

To profit consistently you need 1 of 2 things:-
a) Extreme runs of good luck, or b) Lot's of patience!
One of these things you can control, the other you can not...

Tried a few .80 a spin at Megaspin Double Magic -- once upon a time, I depended on games like DM to help me make playthrough. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. And actually, I guess I was exaggerating a bit... the $50 lasted more like 5 minutes. When you never get above your starting balance, and nothing hits, it only takes a very few minutes to lose $50 on slots -- even at .45 a spin.

When I decide to play again, I'll remember your advice. I've managed to play for almost 4 years only on my winnings. And now... now, it's as if I've forgotten how I did it! I'm churning around trying this, trying that, and nothing is working.

I've got a bonus coming this week (slots only) ... I'll keep all my bets very low and I'll let you know it goes.

Obviously, the more spins you make, the chances are you will hit a nice win every now and then.

I work like this:

Bankroll of £100.00 - £0.72-£1.50 a spin
BR of £200.00 - Double above - maybe more
BR of £300.00 - x 1.5 above
And so on....

If you have big balls, go as much as you can and hope you hit. It all depends what you want from the slot - length of play or a big juicy win. When I just wanna play, I play small stakes. When I want a buzz I start gambling and play big stakes.

You can take someone like KasinoKing's advice and play conservatively for small stakes for a relative small profit every month, but personally I find that very boring and it wouldn't give me what I am looking for.

My biggest hit was 5 staffs with a wild on TS at £11.25 a spin. I had a bankroll of £1k at that time. It paid £2k+.

Cheeky... I usually low roll it. And I stay low until I get some hits. If I get above my balance, I take it up to 3x or 4x my starting bet for a few spins. If I hit zilch, I go back to my .45 or .90 spins.

Lately, I could have half the money in Fort Knox to gamble with and I still think I'd lose it all before bedtime. LOL I'm just not hitting anything -- anywhere. Doesn't matter how much or how little I bet. I'm cursed.

Gotta say - I'm hitting nothing like anywhere NEAR the sort of hits I was getting this time last year!

Admittedly I am playing a lot less than this time last year (actually thinking about it - an AWFUL lot less), mainly due to other commitments eating into my gambling time (Damn family/job ) -- But, like you, I can't hit a thing!!

Off the top of my head, the last decent win I hit in terms of xBET was the five aeroplanes for 500 off .90p on Millionaires Club... That's going back about a month or so I reckon!
