Missing Reps - Query

I am just wondering, if a casino has reps that are not active, how long since last login would be classed as inactive?

Is there a way of reporting this?

I have messaged both reps at intercasino - about their change in payout times - and also wanted to query the terrible lag I suffered on all their games this week - neither seen since early-mid June..

I have instead emailed their CS but prefer dealing with the reps where possible
 
I understand it's Intercasino that you're having trouble with, yes?
 
I think some (most?) reps have their accounts set up so that they'll get an email every time there's a PM in their inbox. So it's always worth a shot to send them a message even if you see they haven't logged in quite a while.
 
Never received a reply from any of the reps. I mean, my issue is not really an issue after a month. Poor crappy laggy gameplay and slow paying queries, but it reflects pretty poorly on them imo and they won't see me again.
