If you win - do they pay you out with chocolate bars?
I assume just with empty candy wrappers
Could be Mars is using a wee bit of deceptive marketing here, because they have Softswiss, who are involved in many Casino's nowadays..be it as payment provider (they have roots in the BTC area, were a pioneer of sorts), software provider, or their own Casino brands..
Pretty sure Softswiss have a total customer base of around that figure, or more..so maybe they just worded it deceptively, so it appears that Mars Casino has that number..
That said, i didn't even look at the page, and i have no idea if this is a brand from Softswiss themselves..
ThePOGG said:Unresolved - The operator and affiliate are engaged in ongoing legal action against each other and as such there's nothing we can do to assist in this matter.
There are several observations we would make regarding this matter.
Firstly, the operator has been non-cooperative on even the most basic level to this complaint. As such we see no reason that they would be cooperative with any future player/affiliate complaint and their reviews will reflect this.
Secondly, the operator has threatened to take legal action against this site. This threat is entirely unprofessional and without any legal grounds. In our opinion this was nothing short of an attempt to bully us into dropping the issue and again will be reflected in the reviews of this operator.
Finally, during our background research on this issue we identified several properties that appear to be owned by the same group:
Each of these names includes a well known international trademark and may potentially infringe on those trademarks. As such we will be making efforts to alert to the trademark holders to these sites to allow their legal departments to decide whether or not to take action.
Everyone should be VERY wary of this lot. We dealt with an affiliate complaint against them recently -You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.. I appreciate the formatting on that page is totally broken (it's currently on a 'to do' list for the next few months) so I'll quote the conclusions below:
