Every sunday they have a promotion u can claim some fs for playing during the week, i got an email today saying i can choose what game my fs should be out of 3 and i should contact support to get the fs.

Thus began my quest to try and contact their support team, live help absent all day

I emailed them 12 hours ago and no reply to that, i sent a message from the site and still no reply, I normally wouldn't mind waiting 24 hours if i have to but these spins will go to waste in 2 hours just because i couldnt get to their support

I know they always had a slow support team but today beats everything, u expect a accredited casino to improve a service which has been criticized so much over here
 
yeah very poor support .. i had the same offer and it went vain jus like you

i withdrawn 50 they said they will email me if they need documents ... and i didnt get any mail

after 4 days when i asked support said its bcs im not verified ....

i send in the documents early morning Thursday .... not verified yet ...
 
Their LiveChat can be indeed a pain. I usually keep refreshing the chat window for a few minutes and at some point i get in. Reason probably is that they are understaffed, especially night time and weekends, but i always got somebody latest after a few minutes. Yesterday when i wanted to claim the 20 free spins it took about 2 minutes to get connected.

As for withdrawals, they are one of the few which are still flushing on request. I cashed out 640$ on Friday morning 08.00am GMT and the money was in my Neteller account at 1.13pm GMT. Can't fault them there, that is fast. :thumbsup:

yes they do it. either livechat or write an email to: support@lucky147.com or vipsupport@lucky247.com

verification took 3 days for me but only because they had to translate my Thai utility bill. if you do not have news from them today write to Bill at vipsupport@lucky247.com ..... he is very helpful.

don't know though if it will work for you if you just started paying at their casino. I am at Platinum level with them and they take very good care of me.
 
i did get a reply to my email 10 mins after i posted the thread,

On withdrawals they have actually gotten quicker, maybe i'm lucky or something but on friday morning before i fell asleep around 4am i made a request for wd and logged in my account at 10am to reverse some and play but it was already being processed

Before they only processed so quick when made a request on a non bonus deposit

The weekend past, due to unforeseen circumstances we had a little hiccup that resulted in players like yourself who did not qualify, getting an email advising that you did. This resulted in an influx of players contacting support to claim the free spins. Recognizing this error sooner rather than later, we had our support team credit each player as a gesture of goodwill, honoring the offer and owning up to it rather than take an error and omissions stance.

Regarding Sunday Sessions, as long as a player qualifies within the period, the free spins will be valid.
That is why we advise in our terms: Players meeting the required deposit can collect their free spins by calling, emailing or chatting with the call centre on Sunday etc. etc.
The basic conditions are make the minimum deposit of 50 (single not accumulative) during the period, then contact us on the Sunday following to claim them. How you contact support is not relevant as long as its on the respective Sunday prior to offer end.

The click here option is definitely something we will be looking into as well.
