Last week on the 10th of Sept I received an email from the above casino saying I had 15 free spins in a new game Lucky Leprechan (sp) I played and built the money up then switched games and within a few hours had it at $525.00!. I went to CS who told me I completed the playthrough and the max out was $500 but I had to forfeit the bonus of $10.00.
I did as they said, they then asked for a faxed copy of my ID and a copy of a recent utility bill..I faxed both..and faxed..and faxed..and faxed!
The copies were either to light or to dark, last 2 attempts I even enlarged the ID to 4x6 then sent it.
AGAIN the damn copy was not clear..at this point after going through this BS for 1 week I give up, I guess I should have known better.
Bottom line..if you get an invite from them just delete it..or don't count on getting any "free money" from them.:mad::mad:

Have you perhaps tried getting an email address to send your documents through to?

Yes, do as Nate suggests ...... it works much better

I sent mine too them by scanning and e-mailing the documents ...and All was processed within a few days
good luck

I do thank you and Nate for your suggestion, but let me explain. I'm a senior lady with very poor vision, that's the main reason I play on line..when I go to a casino I have a very hard time trying to see the slot machines, at home I have the computer within inches of me to see better.
I also don't have a scanner, and to be honest wouldn't know or be able to see how to use one if I did.
I'm not trying to give anyone a sob story, honestly. And I still believe they are just refusing to give me the winnings I earned on free spins, to my knowledge sending a fax doesn't make something lighter or darker..it's just BS..those copies were perfectly clear, especially the 4x6.

As one senior gal to another, although I don't feel like a senior, yet :), if you are going to continue playing online for the ease of seeing the screen, you should invest in a printer scanner. It is very simple to hook up to your computer and load it.

Then all you would have to do is print out auth forms, fill them out and sign them, place them on the scanner and make a copy, that is saved in your picture file documents.

Mine will have, get copy from printer when I have a document on the scanner, simply click on that and it will make a copy and save it to your file. Then you can email the copies until they cry stop!!!! You can customize the copies before sending and opt for sending them full sized, I like to do that, then they can't say they can't see them :D

This way, you don't have to go to a place to fax them and then go home to check to see if they got them, then go back to a place to refax them, then go home to check to see if they got them again, get my meaning....;)

So if I as a novice on the pc can do it, you can to and if you have a problem there is always some one that can help, be it a friend or family member or a multitude of knowledgeable people right here on the forum.

Printer/scanners are very inexpensive and you will be surprised at just how much easier it makes things for you, even beyond just using it for the casinos.

Until you get a scanner yourself , you could also ask a friend with a scanner...or even take your docs to a friendly librarian. Have them scan the docs, save them as pictures, and send them to you in an email. You can then open the email and save the attachments as pictures on your computer.

When you get your own copier, you don't need anything fancy-schmancy. Just a bare bones scanner/copier...and they're dirt cheep and crazy easy to use.

Hi! You might be able to take your stuff to an office supply store or Kinkos and request some assistance. Maybe someone can scan you some copies and burn to a disc for you. Just a suggestion. I'd help you myself if we lived in the same town. Good luck!:)

I understand exactly what you are saying ..I too have in the past sworn that the document scanning/fax / whatever...is just B.S. and a way to ,at the very least , stall on the payout of winnings....
BUT all you can do is comply with the "procedure" and keep your fingers crossed ...I had a win at silver dollar on a free chip and I DID get my money ...but , I have my documents scanned and saved on my computer ...so I did NOT have any issue with that...
so maybe you could try what others have suggested and go to kinko's , office depot, staples etc ... and get them scanned and sent then go from there....
IF you still have a problem ...then you can come back here and PAB and see if that will work.
GOOD LUCK
Volt

P.S.
MG and 3dice don't ask for documents ...ever .....
SO there must be other ways for proof of Identity or else these guys would ask for proof also..

I wish we could get past this or at least come to a sensible solution on the proof of identity issue across the board..

Actually for the US player, some of the US MG's do require docs. CasinoShareUS never asked me for docs, but CasinoUS did. So some will and some won't.

But Voltage has the best idea, play where you don't have to send docs.

For some reason I think it is part of the rogue GP group because I still get emails from that group and lucky creek at the same time and same exact promos, now I could be wrong, but there promos are exactly the same:rolleyes: so if it is from that group, sorry to say they probably wouldnt pay you if you went there in person and you were notarized, this is IMO. So sorry to say this. I hope I am wrong though for your sake. Good luck with getting your winnings.

BUMP

If you would have seen my post regarding this casino you would have known to stay away. I too received a bonus and made the playthrough and they wouldn't pay me. I sent doc's by email to every email address and faxed them my documents about 10 times. They kept saying they never received them. I contacted treasure mile and told them to send my doc's to lucky creek because they are a sister site. Treasure mile stated they no longer had my documents because it had been 6 months. Every six months I have to resend my documents to each casino that is a member of this group, and that is complete BS. Treasuere mile originally paid me out 400.00 on a free 50.00 bonus and since then I have lost over 1000.00 on that site and even more on all their sites combined. This includes Lucky Creek, mandarin palace, treasure mile, wizbet and others. The only reason I know they are all tied together is because the same person spoke to me at all 4 of the above sites in live chat and I receive spam emails from all of these casinos every single day. It is fun to use the free money and try to win, but they will no longer pay out if you win. They need to be marked as rogues, and to all the people that flamed me saying how great these casinos are... You will all find out soon enough how much of a scam they really are. I would recommen sticking to Grand Prive if you really want to play these boring and unimaginative games they have.

All of these casinos are not grand Prive.. The ones that are grand prive are lake palace, big dollar and some others. Not sure if grand prive is legit, but since they use to be microgaming and now have changed to these type of slots I would be very careful.

Pretty sure Lucky Creek, Mandarin palace, Grand Eagle, Treasure Mile & Wizbet are a different group then the Grand Prives (Big Dollar and the like).

Anyway, do you or someone close to you have a phone with a camera? That's is all I do to get my docs to my PC. Take a pic and send it to your own email address. Then forward it on to the casino. I usually trim mine up or enlarge in a photo program, but I am sure you can just send it "as is" if you make sure to set the camera(phone) at the highest size.

As far as how the BetonSoft casinos are tied together, I believe it works like this:

There are 12 all together....5 are NOT Grande Prive casinos, and they are Mandarin Palace, Treasure Mile, Grand Eagle, Wizbet, and Lucky Creek.

The Grand Prive casinos are Roadhouse Reels, Casino Grand Bay, Jupiter Club, Lake palace, and Bella Vegas.

Then there are 2 others, Big Dollar, and Villa Fortuna, which I believe are sort of connected to Grand Prive (same support and promos), but are not "officially" part of the group (with the 5 Grand Prive casinos you can transfer funds between the casinos and the comp points can all be tied together, with these 2 you cannot)

At any rate, just because 2 users on here are having documentation issues, i think its a bit unfair to label them all rogues. I am not trying to belittle your issues....but what is the issue with resending your documents after 3 months? I just cashed in today at Lucky Creek and had to resend a utility bill because it was a little outdated (my last cashin there was several months ago). So big deal....scan and email a new utility bill...took me all of 3 minutes......and i am 100% confident I will be paid the $500 I just won off of the $25 free chip they sent me.

I have a UPS Mailbox store right around the corner and recently while returning a purchase, I talked to the woman that runs the place and she said I could email her business letters etc and she'd make copies, fax, hold for me to come in and sign, notarys just like my own secty! It's really cool. I just email it to her at the store's email and she puts it together and follows my instructions and then the best part? charged me .40 CENTS! I handed a 'tip' to her told her I loved my new secty and then ran out the door cause she was chasing after me to give the tip back. sweet.
(most grocery store malls have one)

If you want people to help you, at least have the courtesy to use sentences or paragraphs. It's almost impossible to know what you're on about.

Atleasttheyusedspacesbetweentheirwords. :p Maybe capitalizing the first letter of their new thought would indicate where a sentence ends and begins.

Anyways, you don't really "hear" too many complaints about the Mandarin Palace, Treasure Mile, Lucky Creek group. So, this kind of surprises me.

@jas041, have you tried contacting their casino rep?

sorry i am new to this

Sorry i didn't even think of that when wrighting it. And yes i have tryed to talk to someone in the casino but i keep getting the run around.

Try sending maxd a PM (private message) and see if he knows the casino rep for this group. He may also be able to give you some good advice on how to proceed.

FWIW the casino has contacted me with the following statement regarding jas041's case:
... we can confirm that this client did report a problem whilst playing at our casino. We did try our very best to assist him in resolving this matter. As the client became upset over the duration taken to resolve the Technical problems and requested a refund, we happily obliged him and issued a full refund to him.

We do pride ourselves on ensuring that all players are treated fairly and this seemed the most appropriate avenue to follow when the client requested this. We are still committed to resolving the Technical issues should the client wish to approach us in regards to this.

The client was informed, via email, that his $100 was refunded. The refund was processed on 13 May 2011, when he first requested this. The client was informed in an email that a refund could take up to 5 business days to reflect in his account.
