I screwed up and somehow made a deposit of $1000 instead of $50 at Lucky Creek Casino on September 3, 2020. I think I hit something wrong and it went through. My bank flagged it and told me my account was overdrawn so I put some money in it and contacted Chat. I told them what I did and the person I talked to said, "no problem, we'll get that refunded for you". So I go back and look the next day and sure enough, they refunded and supposedly deposited it to my account.
3 weeks later, I'm still waiting, so I contact them. "Oh, it takes between 14 and 21 business days to be processed". So I wait the 21 days and on the 23rd day I contact them again. This started a long, drawn out stall. I would contact them, they'd say it should be there by the end of the week. Nothing. Contact them again, wow, you should have gotten that by now, I'll escalate it. This has gone on for 2 and a half months. I have talked to people on chat, on the phone, emailed (never respond). I have sent a copy of my bank statement to prove that I never got it, which made me very nervous. When I called a couple of weeks later they hadn't even looked at it yet.
Their response is that the processor says it was done but when I asked then where is it? They say they will follow up with the processor and let me know when they hear back. If I ask anything beyond their response about the processor I no longer get a response. I'm starting to know the chat people by name.
I am extremely frustrated. I was working with a Colin Anderson, but he vanished too and won't respond to my emails. Do we have a rep there or does anyone have any advice on what I can do next?
