Resolved Lock Casino - No pay since 25 days !!

Hello,

I play at Lock casino very often. I also had payouts in the past.

But this time, I havn't been paid since 25 days !

The agents in the chats only say that my payout is approved by all departments since June, 12th, 2010.

They always only tell me I have to wait, but now I am worried about what's going on there.

Anyone else with those issues?

What can I do in this case, I never had such a thing before.

Just curious - what's your withdrawal method, and how much is the w/d for?

I'd suggest submitting a PAB ASAP and not discuss it in the forum anymore, so that you don't shoot yourself in the foot. :)

edit: Why hasn't there been a warning or at least a heads-up post in regards to Lock Casino?
 
Im getting the runaround from them also.W/d still pending.they said 3-7days after approval i would get paid.not looking too sweet.
 
Just now I got an email from them saying I will get paid in the next 5 business days.

I hope this time it is the truth.

EDIT: Since when I Lock Casino not longer an accredited casinio here at CM? And I cant find a post saying why they are no longer accredited.

EDIT: Moneybookers as deposit and withdraw method used.

Since yesterday I believe Bryan removed them

Weeks + 5 days for a MB withdrawal? Yea, it's sounding more and more like funding problems, imo.

Did they say why? ewallet withdrawals should take no more than 48 hours, max.

And why hasn't the lock rep been around at all? Or do they not care anymore since they were dropped from the accredited list? The rep was on the forum yesterday, but no peep has been heard.

Opening the poker side of things I understand would take some resources.

But if they are prepared to have there Casino customers suffer and lose faith then the poker side of there business is only going to get bad publicity and is not off to a good start. Look at what has been posted on here in the last few weeks alone.(not on poker but Lock itself)

All this talk of processor/funding problems. and yet they still open a poker side of there business? are those people that play there going to suffer the same fate?

[EDIT: Sorry, these pain pills really mess with my thinking, so that last sentence probably didn't make any sense. Let me try this again.]

In Nifty's thread about Lock, Bryan stated that the payment delays were caused by Lock's processor jumping ship and running off with Lock's money.

Are they telling you a different story, and trying to pass it off as being "busy" with the poker side of their business, and getting that off the ground? Processor/Money problems are quite a far cry from simply "being busy" with other sections of their business.

I respectfully challenge you to find a single instance of me saying anything anywhere that shows me trying to sweep these Lock payment issues under the carpet or pass them off as something they are not. I wish you luck. You won't find it because I haven't done it. They are serious issues and I've treated them accordingly.

Also, please stop trying to read double meanings from between every line I post. I'm not known for my subtlety: if I want to say something I usually pretty much say it, no disguises or subterfuge.

No offense but how many times do I have to explain that I mean what I said and only what I said and I didn't mean a bunch of things that you think I might have said but clearly did not?

Sorry, honestly, but I don't see the post where anyone says they're slow responding? That's why I'm confused. I just went through again and looked, and the only complaints I see in this thread are those of slow pay problems.....that's why I thought you were saying the slow pays were because of the issues of opening their poker room and getting that off the ground...

No offense taken, but you have to remember, I'm dealing with severe pain issues, and am dense anymore, thanks to the Vicodin and Flexeril (muscle relaxer,) so please bear with me. :)

PS. sorry to hear about the pain, meds, etc. Just came off a stretch of painful illness myself and very much empathize. Needless to say, get well soon.
 
I believe that Sephus22 did not like hi withdrawal to be in pending status after several days and not the typical slow responses to enquiries. There is no doubt that there are delays in payments to players so it is imperative that a LOCK rep should come out and clear things. Even Bryan and Max can only provide educated guesses on what is happening behind the scenes and this does not bode well for the casino.

Ahhh ok, gotcha. I just never associated getting the runaround with waiting forever for CSR responses and so forth.

And thanks...it's been 2 months so far, and I hope it ends soon :)
 
Isnt slow response,no response to emails or pms a form of getting jerked around.i think so.Also a different story every time i contact live chat.

Not necessarily. If you write me an urgent "OMG my ass is on fire and I need a fiery-ass extinguisher!!!" message on Friday evening I might not reply to you until sometime Monday morning because, hey, I don't do no fiery ass extinguishing on the weekends. So not jerking you around, just not listening until I'm ready to do so, if you get my meaning.

A delay isn't NECESSARILY a brush-off. Also, we don't know the details of your case. Maybe you sent them 1000 emails and they're sick of it. Maybe you had a bad day and told them to go have rude sex with themselves and they aren't in much of a mood to listen to you.

All I'm saying is it could be anything here so, no, a delay doesn't necessarily mean anyone is being jerked around. It might, but more info is required in order to determine that.

That's one way to look at it I guess but I think you might be putting the cart before the horse.

As I understand it the poker launch at Lock has been in the works for several months. It's a huge deal and takes on a momentum of it's own.

The recent processor problems, as I understand it, are exactly that: very recent.

So what do you do? Derail months of planning and scheduling on the poker stuff or put your best foot forward and press on. Having been in corporate life for many years I can tell you that "press on" is pretty much the universal choice. That may well have been the case here. Or not. I really have no idea, just speculating.

This is only 1 day after I posted here.

I think Lock really tries to solve this issue with the late payments.
