Bryan is on vacation so I doubt he's been in touch with them.
I emailed them early in the week giving them a heads-up that I'd be asking for details on the outstanding cases. They gave me a brief run-down then, the gist of it being that the payments to players will be coming slowly but they will be keep coming. I haven't had a chance to follow up, yet.
Not sure how the idea got floated that it was
only processor problems that was the cause of Lock's recent troubles. The processor problems are the result, not the cause.
The cause, of course, is the squeeze being put on US-facing operations by the Feds: the US market has become hostile territory for casino operators and the smaller shops, like Lock, are being hit hardest by this largely because they don't have the resources to easily ride out the hits they take from things like rogue processors, etc. I would have thought most of this was obvious.
As to 'Rogue' VS 'Not Recommended' ... I quote for your benefit the header of the 'Not Recommended' section:
To my eyes this describes the situation with Lock pretty much exactly. If you want to debate that
I'll direct you to Bryan since it's his call to make.
